We had a bday party here, and I was extremely impressed. Online, it looks big, but I was surprised at how big it actually is when I got there. There were so many things to do that we didn't get to them all, but we'll definitely return again.
The place was very, very clean, which isn't always the case at other kids' venues (yeeting e dairy, and McPlayPetrieDish come to mind). No sticky tables, no sticky floors, and the climbing structure was clearly fully cleaned frequently. No odor of sweaty kid feet, and my teenager who joined our littles sought me out to tell me that the foam/ball pit was impressively clean. No bandaid, dirty diaper, urine, and/or food treasure hunt for them! Sweet!
We had a host assigned to our party who was great. He kept things on time, and it was really nice not having to manage the timing of food, ice cream, etc. ourselves. We never had to track him down. Any time we needed anything and started looking around, he saw it and quickly appeared. The kids got hung up on the go cart track and were late for our ice cream/cake time, but the host accommodated for us.
We booked the up to 12 people party, and we didn't have 12 in our party. I was thrilled that they put the unused credits and attraction tickets on a card for us to be able to use them within the next year. I thought the prices were reasonable, but even more so with the card.
One thing I didn't quite prepare for, which was my fault completely, was how loud it was🤦♀️. Duh, me. It was pretty sensory taxing with the volume and lights (another duh to me). Next time, I'll be sure to bring my awareness earbuds/ear plugs that allow you to still hear, but reduce the background volume.
Overall, we were extremely pleased and will definitely return on our own and for hosting...
Read moreI bought the $60 season pass (one for each in my family / 4 of us) and it has definitely been worth the money. I'm not a normal bowler. Or one who goes out to play minigolf. But one day I was like, let's go bowling. I hadn't been in years. I didn't want to go to the GSR here in Reno, because the lanes are always full, and it's expensive. So the family and I went to the Coconut Bowl. We knew of it because of our boys having been there before.... After bowling a few times - and the prices not being bad - we did spend about $17 to $25 to bowl for one time. That's not a lot of money for a good time out with the family; especially compared to $40 to go to the movies or something. So I decided to make the investment - $60 for 4 months of unlimited bowling and minigolf. I did it just hoping the investment would pay off; and it has. We started going once a week just to have a family day. It's been great. And you figure in one month, that's 4 times at about $25 a pop. That's a hundred bucks. And while all 4 of us did total $240; in one month we've already spent $100 of that. And we still have 3 months to go. I'd say that it's worth it.
The lanes are nice. They have the blacklight bowling that starts around 4 or 5 pm. I don't like that too much because it messes with my eyes; but the kids like it. And atleast we still get to bowl as a family. We've also done the minigolf. They've got two areas - inside and outside. And when it's nice and sunny, it's really fun.
Naturally you're going to get the "hater" who just aren't satisfied with any environment of fun. But I think you should check it out and make your own conclusion. This was just an account of my experiences.

Read moreSadly this almost was a 5 star review and almost a perfect experience. I am wheelchair bound and run into issues with bowling alleys being accessible on the regular. We saw this alley and were so excited that everything was one level.... except your tables and seating do not meet ADA requirements. The tables are screwed in and wheelchairs cannot make it passed the seating/table to access the lane. The end lanes were a possible option but there were the plastic kid ramps and the lanes were in use. Upon speaking to 3 different employees we were moved to an upper bowling area.... once again same issue. Your scoring console makes it to where I cannot wheel by. So I sat on the approach the entire time. I was unable to sit comfortably with my party due to this. I had to sit out like a sore thumb for everyone to see and felt out of place. I also was not able to do the fun photo option because I cannot get past the console. You should reevaluate your so called "wheelchair" seating and remove tables so the disabled community can more comfortably bowl here as well. I also recommend you speak to your employees about how to speak to people who have disabilities. Your manager referred to me as a "wheelchair people" this is not the correct terminology and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. We still bowled and made the best of the situation. Luckily my group did not mind that I had to sit on the approach. What if this was a league? I am all for inclusivity and your alley was so close but sadly missed the target. I feel this is an easy fix and I hope you take this review I to consideration and hope the next time we visit this has...
