Tonight (10/24 6pm) was an exceptionally bad experience at bdubs.
This location apparently doesnāt time their food which we were warned about but we didnāt realize it would be this bad. We got our drinks, waited about 10 minutes for a beer, and 15 minutes later my fiancĆ©s meal came out. Following his meal our appetizer (which had problems) came next and about 10 minutes after he had finished his food, they brought out my order which was wrong. Normally Iām not one to complain about an appetizer or drink coming out late but it really was the cherry on top of all the other problems.
We ordered a regular cheese curd for an appetizer and when it came out it looked like someone had eaten half of it. We waited about 15 minutes before our waitress came over and we were able to ask about it. I know we didnāt order a large but we only got 19 cheese curds (most of them pretty small) and every other time iāve ordered a regular cheese curd from bdubs itās definitely been more than what we got. The waitress agreed that the amount we got looked small, part of the problem was they plated it on a large plate instead of a small plate, but she said sheād have the kitchen remake it for us. When she brought it back out it was the same cold 19 cheese curds on a smaller plate as you can see in the pictures. If the portion sizes changed thatās one thing but we were told they didnāt and then were lied to about it.
At the same time they realized my fiance had already finished his food and mine hadnāt even been brought out. Our waitress went to go get my wings and came back with a burger. She took it back and the manager came out with wings but they were the wrong flavor and the garlic parm looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, it almost looked like it had gone bad (please see the pictures).
At this point I had already asked the manager to take the cheese curds we didnāt eat off the bill. After waiting so long to get that addressed they had gone cold and I donāt feel right eating comped food. She wasnāt very pleasant about it and interrupted me while explaining the situation to her to tell me they were busy but that theyād take it off anyways. I also asked them to not bring out another try at my order after seeing the state of the sauce and asked for that to be taken off the bill as well.
We were made to feel like we were the problem which is honestly the only reason iām actually posting a review about the problems we had. Iām sure this will get some canned response about making things right but iām really not interested in that. I just want someone who can do something about the quality of food and service at this location to see this. Something weird is definitely going on in the kitchen...

My customer made two orders to the same location, one for food and drink (not mine), and one for a single slice of cheesecake, my order. I checked in with the staff, and at one point they even DOUBLE CHECKED my order, and I told them, in plain English, it was for ONE slice of cheesecake; that is all. One single slice of cheesecake.
I then waited for 15 minutes, and they brought out the FOOD, DRINK, and the cheesecake, MY order, was on the bottom. Their exact words were "well it's all going to the same place anyways", and they asked me if I "needed" the cheesecake. OF COURSE I NEED THE CHEESECAKE, THAT WAS MY ORDER. Did they think me and the other delivery driver were going to co-op deliver all of it, hand-in-hand? Or maybe they thought I would just give my phone to the other delivery person, so they could do my delivery for me?
I finally got the slice of cheesecake, which obviously did NOT take 15 minutes, they made me WAIT for the other, UNRELATED order to be complete. The other delivery person left, and before I could leave, the staff told me they had "forgot" the drinks, and asked if I could deliver them. The other delivery person forgot to check for drinks, yes, but they wouldn't have "forgotten" the drinks in the first place if the STAFF hadn't forgotten to bring out the drinks with the rest of the other persons order! Also, NO I CAN'T DELIVER DRINKS THAT AREN'T ON MY ORDER. My order was for ONE SLICE OF CHEESECAKE, NO DRINKS. They again said "it's all going to the same place anyways" and no, those drinks didn't go to the same place, they stayed right with the staff who forgot to bring them out.
The staff didn't do their jobs, or even understand what mobile orders are or how they work, the other delivery person didn't check for drinks; I was the ONLY person who ACTUALLY DID MY JOB that night, but I had to wait for 15 minutes to do it. It cost me time, and by extension, it cost me money.
The staff need to learn what "one cheesecake" and "one order" means, because obviously they don't know much of anything if they think they can just send out my order with some other delivery person. It's irresponsible, time consuming, and entirely...

Our server was amazing! That is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. She was very good. She checked on us and checked on our food multiple times. She apologized for the rest of the service. Did everything she could!
We were at the restaurant for over and hour and a half. The first 2 plates came out fairly quick. The other 3 plates took over 45 minutes. Now we understand plates may come out staggered. Our server told us that is common. BUT 45 mins later. While we watched tables who were sat after us and ordered after us get their food before us. And tables as big as our party too. By the time the rest of the food came out the other food was cold as they were trying to wait to eat together. That is ridiculous!
We ordered extra ranch and when the kitchen lady brought out the food with no ranch we politely asked for it. She rolled her eyes and was very rude.
The chicken wings were hot (spicy) as hell!!! Now we know if you order hot itās going to be hot. But even the mild and plain tenders were hot. That is not acceptable. Everyone barely touched their food. Our server asked us if the food was okay and we explained how hot it was. She stated itās been an issue but not consistently. And apologized. We didnāt even want to take our food to go it was so bad.
When my husband asked to speak to the manager he was asked to come back the next day. Which he is going to do. BUT this was a Tuesday night and they were far from slammed or packed. We did not ask to speak to the manger for a discount but to make him aware of how bad the food was and kitchen was. We did let him know our server was very good and it was not her fault. Honestly we hope she gets a better job as she was too good for a place that was so bad.
Very very disappointed and we will not go back to this location.
