I cannot say enough great things about owners Jacob & Sarah, our football team was thrown into an emergency situation- our original private event with ez air was cancelled due to them permanently closing they told us literally days before our event. I was rushing in panic mode to find a venue for our team. Sarah responded to my inquiry immediately and took action in minutes, she reached out to her husband to see how they could help our local youth. They were absolutely amazing neither of them hesitated to help. They got all the paperwork together for us in a matter of hours and most likely took a loss on our event because of the amount of people we had but they still delivered top notch service. Defy was immaculate, staff were very nice, helpful and brought more benches and tables out to help accommodate for our large party and Jacob checked on all of us continuously throughout the night to ensure we were okay. Seating was very comfortable and easily fit our large group. All the feedback from the kids were positive and each really enjoyed themselves, many of them have already returned to defy once they experienced how much fun it was there. Jacob turned the lights down for all the jumpers and put on disco lights and the atmosphere was phenomenal. This kids had a blast and especially enjoyed the dodgeball section ! Our private event was a success and none of it would've been possible without them. Our team is very grateful and will forever support Defy as they strongly support their local youth. We love you guys and truly can't thank you enough. We strongly recommend Defy Sparks and hope you all check them out, very convenient location, you wont be disappointed, pricing is great for a family and i really can't say enough great things about them. THANK...
Read moreIf you're wondering if you're going to feel out of place without any kids, don't worry, this place is great for adults, too! My wife and I (both in our late 20's and without kids) had a blast!
Location: The park is about 100 yards from Sheels, and therefore is pretty close to a multitude of other fun activities. This comes in handy if you feel like you need a backup plan.
Service: The service is very good where it counts. The staff inside the park are attentive, friendly, and helpful. They are clearly very passionate about keeping the park clean, safe, and enjoyable.
Activities: At no point during my visit did I get bored, as there was just so much to do. Every attraction is suitable for adults and children alike, and my wife and I had a great time trying them all! I personally liked the Zipline, Supertramp, and Stunt Jump the most.
Amenities: There are lockers, drinking fountains, and restrooms on-site. Outside of the park there is a concession stand where you can buy drinks and snacks, and inside the park, there are plenty of spots where you can sit and rest.
Final thoughts: -If you're a grown-up and you're going here for yourself, I would really recommend booking tickets for later in the night or on a weekday, as many of the families with smaller children will have cleared out. Saturday nights have a "glow hour," which is really fun. -Remember to hydrate, warm up, and take regular breaks, this kind of play is surprisingly exhausting and can creep up on you if you...

The staff has some strange policies that were quite inconvenient due to "glow" night. So we were not able to complete our purchase of flight time pre glow, and had to come back after glow time started.
I don't care that glow costs more. I just think it's dumb that the system doesn't allow them to charge 1 hour for the regular jump time and then another hour for the glow jump time. Otherwise we would have just stayed when we came there the first time and jumped for 2 hours straight. But apparently that isn't allowed under their system.
How do we started jumping they let us know they would have only given us 40 minutes of the regular jump time then they would have kicked us out even if we had paid for the full hour. The system doesn't seem to be smart enough to allow for prorating for one event and then prorating for the other event time.
So before you go make sure if it's a glow night or not. Otherwise you'll probably be pretty salty like we were.
Other than that hiccup it is a great jumping park with cool stuff for the kids.
EDIT: I updated the rating to 4 stars as a sign of good faith. I took the GMs offer to have a conversation and he heard me out respectfully and let me know he had a plan to help iron out these wrinkles. He really cares about the overall experience and assured me he was taking steps to get the ticketing...
