VISIT THE RENO LOCATION INSTEAD!! IF you want FAST service, in and OUT, not having to wait in this ridiculously long line... visit RENO. Download the APP, order in the app and scan all while you are there in line and you will have your food FAST. No need or order ahead, there is almost never a line in the mobile -thru in Reno. Customer service is hands down, a million times better in Reno as well, I am certain you will never be mistreated there.
Absolutely horrible. I have never in my entire life been ripped off by a fast food establishment but this place did exactly that. I ordered from their mobile app while in line waiting among the dozens of other people. When I arrived at the window only minutes after my order was placed, they said they needed extra time to get my order out. I waited outside and did not receive my order. I left the establishment, tried to call and received voicemail repeatedly, unable to reach someone. I safely assumed they knew I did not get my food and would simply refund it like anyone would/should. Nope. Two days later, finally reached someone, explained my situation and asked for some type of reimbursement or refund. I was denied a refund, denied gift cards to replace the order, and even denied remaking the order. Unbelevably strange. I have never in my life seen anything like this before. I called again and asked again for resolution and they refused. I have zero explanation for this other than the fact that the manager, Emma - does not believe I am owed a refund. She says over and over that since the food was made, I have to pay for it. Ludicrous. $18.77 taken and no food delivered to me. I would not suggest visiting...

I placed my order through the mobile app and we got in the drive thru. It was not moving at all for about 5 minutes. I changed the order to pick up in the store and got out of the car. Once inside I stood under the pick up sign for at least 5 minutes watching 3 young teens chat away behind the counter. Another lady went over to the girls and motioned towards me. One of the girls came over and asked if she could help me. She then said my order would be ready shortly. A you man brought my order out another 5 minutes later without the drinks. I asked about or drinks and he had to ask what we ordered. When he brought the drinks I then had to ask for straws. This experience was particularly disappointing because chick fil a has always showed that they have bigger expectations and run their stores a lot better than other chain restaurants. So in short the stores was running very slowly, three teens sat around chatting instead of helping customers and the young boy was not very polite when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm almost embarrassed to say that this was the first time experiencing Chick-fil-A and definitely will not be the last if I can find another restaurant since there are none in Hawai'i. Now I know why others rave about it. First thing was the fantastic service, with the workers taking the time to explain the menu from the daily fresh-squeezed lemonade and coffee they are proud to serve to the food items and possible meal options. My family was impressed by the seating area which initially seemed like we were walking into someones dining room, the fresh flowers in vases at each table and how our order was brought to us with a smiling manager and worker. Our family ordered a variety of items from salad to sandwiches with criss-cross fries and chicken noodle soup and loved each item. The soup was delicious that we also decided to order a larger size and take it to go. The families that were patrons there had little ones that made a straight line to head to the play area which appeared to be well kept and if my kids were younger, i'm sure would be right alongside them playing.
