Crazy Pita Rotisserie & Grill — Restaurant in Spring Valley

My bf and I live right across the street! And we visit this Walmart more than we'd like to admit-- we always walk past Crazy pita in the way out never stopped! Now I feel like I've robbed myself on several occasions!!! I will eat here every chance I get!! Yesterday, was different, we needed food, and we're on our way to pick up our daughter, and my bf was like let's try this place! I'm like okay, sure! I like Mediterranean, it's probably like the usual stuff you can get at most Greek restaurants! Well, sure the menu may have been comparable! BUT THE FOOD WAS IMPECCABLE! I mean the marinade must have been PERFECT, and the meat just falls apart in your mouth! I like chicken, usually will only eat it when I make it at home.... My bf ordered a chicken skewer, he's like, "you have to try this!" Well I did ofcourse because I'm like everything else is so delicious, this can't disappoint right? It didn't!!! Every item we ordered disappeared in minutes, would have been seconds if it was possible! The owner, David was very friendly and explained to me what shawarma was, (style of the meat -- sliced) and the informative and oh so correct cashier/cook Aleyah was spot on with her recommendations!! NEXT FRIDAY (OCT 24, 2025) the first 100 customers that come to their restaurant inside of Walmart, (doors open at 10am) will have a chance to win the following options pictured! Not to mention the prices are insane!!! They aren't charging enough!!!!

Was really excited about this place , big fan of Mediterranean food and it’s right up the street from my house . In the first week I had been in for one thing or another almost daily . Young man at the register provides excellent service . 5 starts to him . Although today’s visit most likely lost me as a customer for good . I began at the order part of the line and my husband asked for a sample , we were the only customers in line and as they were grabbing our sample a woman came up and said ‘I’m ready so I’ll be ordering now’ they then began to cater to her order , ignoring things I asked for and I repeated what I wanted several times for the woman making my bowl to ignore what I’m saying and make my bowl wrong anyways . I told them I would sit down and wait until they had time and attention to make my order the way I asked since they were busy now making someone else’s order who cut in line . They didn’t really care I walked out and my husband paid for it . Will likely not return . Very poor customer service from the severs . I recently visited this location and ordered a salad. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and tough, as if it had been sitting out for quite some time, and some of the lettuce was brown, which made the salad feel less than fresh.

When I went to pay, the employee at the counter rang me up but then had to call the owner over to take the payment. Personally, I found this unprofessional, and distasteful as it gave the impression that the staff is not fully trusted. I believe if employees are hired to represent the business, they should be trusted to handle customer transactions.

This was disappointing because this restaurant chain is normally one of my favorite spots for salads. However, the quality at this particular location did not meet the standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. For comparison, I usually go to Crazy Pita in Henderson, where the food is consistently fresh and the owners trust...
