Panda Express — Restaurant in Spring Valley

If I can give 0 I will, I been customer of Panda Express for very long time almost every week I eat or take to go order. But today is horrible experience and I will not comeback to any of their branch the customer service is very bad today. I ordered food to this branch Panda Express Rainbow Spring Shopping Center May 27, 2021 at 10:25am the girl on the front who took my order ask my order but she cant even hear me, because she have Earbuds on her ear seriously? are you guys letting your workers to do that? Anyway she got my first order but my second order I guess because she can't hear me (because of her Earbuds on her ears) didn't get prepared, she doesn't even bother to ask me if I need or anything else I cant get for you ? NOPE just told me please move forward and ask the next lady on my back for her order. Anyway I let her finish asking the lady and prepared her order then I ask her again could I have the second order and she replied to me " It would be easy if you will tell me your order at once!! OMG did I just hear that Really? is that's what your respond to me? I told it because you didn't hear me earlier on that time I just leave I told her you know what ? Forget It and I leave. I am not the one who lose the sale and good customer for many years you guys did the Panda Express did. We live in Las Vegas so much restaurant I get my food with the good...

Atmosphere was only thing that made this place look appealing. Long line so I expected a wait you know club vibes. Line out the door must be jamming. Well I started my order one scoop and a Lil more of fried rice 1 heap of chow main. So already small portions in my eyes. I got the beef right in the front and some kug pao chicken exactly 1 scoop full so I made it 3 entree and added teriyaki chicken. 1 scoop it looked half full. So I realized this was a stingy panda express. Too hungry to rant right. The beef that cost me a 1.50 premium has been sitting long enough to turn black and crispy. Dude the chefs happy on the salt to make you feel full. Top it off soda warm! No dam ice!

I realized why there was a line. They have no drive through so you must come in. Not complaining about that tho. Serving Size worst I've seen anywhere. No ice in the machine. Food so salty I can stick feel the sting on my tongue an hr later. I never review because I don't like to hate. But I couldn't finish my meal. Damit am I really in line at McDonald's right now? Rude service. Cashier was ignoring my family and I when we first walked in due to her doing an online order. Seems like she didn't want to help us. My husband walked up and said he had a coupon for a buy one get one free bowl. She ignored him and tried to get some else to take our order but than the other person said they couldn't so she got upset she had to take our order. She than asked how can she help us with a poor tone. Since my husband already told her the first time he had a coupon he thought she was paying attention. He said can I get the bowl that he was talking about. She than said what bowl making him repeat himself as soon as she made the bowl she comes up with ohh we can't use thay coupon here. So basically she made us waste a bowl. If she would of actually listened to my husband when he said he had a coupon she could of found out that it wasn't valid there and we wouldn't have had her make a bowl for nothing. However Cashier was stuck on how she can avoid on not helping us in the beginning. Never coming here again. I rather go to the one...
