I've lived 3 miles from this location for 20+ years. It's gone down the toilet. It's incredibly expensive and you will have your order made wrong consistently. $12 for a burger and onion rings that they can't make the burger right, don't give asked for sauces and the meat on the burger was clearly old and had been sitting there. This is the norm for this location these days, go somewhere else. The car hops will also break change down in a way to hopefully guilt you into tipping. My bill was $11.72. I paid with $22 (a 20 and 2x $1. I had some $1 bills already that I planned to give one and the coin change as the tip and didn't want a pocket of 1 dollar bills. The car hop gave me back my 2xll$1 broke the $20 into $1 bills for change and told me she'd have to go back into the store for my actual coin change. So my food was made wrong, i didn't get any sauces I asked for, no receipt and no napkins. The car hop couldn't make change and didn't have coin change on them and the food overall was mediocre at best. Very disappointed and don't expect to come back.

Read moreA few months ago, (I forgot to post until just now), I made an order here and there were minor mistakes. My dads coney had onions and i order without. So he called and conplained, the usual "compisate me" boomer attitude. But the GM, Larry Terwilliger, listened and was so patient. He asked for our address and assured us that we would receive something in the mail to make up for the order. This man personally typed a letter of apology, gifted us multiple coupons, and even compt the order (sending the money back to my card). This GM went above and beyond with customer service. Even though the complaint was about something small and trivial, he took the matter personally and professionally. I don't except this review to be read by anyone of importance. I pulled up in a check in spot and checked in, when they brought us our food they forgot the sauce and I wasn't able to grab anyone's attention so I pulled into a spot and asked for it. The lady on the intercom was very dismissive and rude telling us to put it on the order next time even though we did. We waited 5 minutes with no one coming out and I clicked the button again, someone else answered but was already aware we were waiting because when I tried to politely explained we were still waiting on the sauce we paid for, he cut me off saying "yea yea" and ended the intercom.
