Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

In this pandemic times, very bad cleaning manners from the front guy! Just as I was waited in the lobby , with my mask on (like the sign posted says) the front guy (not sure about his name, my wife thinks his name is Dan but I am not sure so I don't want to be wrong). he looks like he could be in his 50's, not so tall. As I was saying, as I was waiting in the lobby this gentlemen proceeded to slightly slide his mask off the nose and started touching his nose as he was doing some snorting noises for about lets say 20-30 seconds. After he stopped he put his mask on, over his nose and started touching everything around there, orders, beverages bottles in the fridge. he served a gentlemen that came in and bought a hot and ready. After he checked out that person. he started to touch the orders ready and placed them on a different oven " 4 in the oven" he yelled. and all of this happened without cleaning or sanitizing his hands ( at this point I was watching him like a hawk) . in my mind i was just hopping " please God, not to be him the one that is going to touch and handle my order or look inside my pizza box" I wished it was Dhillon, the guy that I payed to when I first went in. Was not even ready thinking it, there it was that guy was yelling , "your order is ready !" for a second I froze, like the time stood still for a few moments. At that point I wanted to say you know what , please let me speak with your supervisor but I did not want to make a scene since I was not by myself and the person that was with me was to busy on the phone. But here I am writing about it and hopping that someone will see this and take the necessary measures and steps so this does not happen again. Remember SIR you are not just the guy at the front desk, you are the one that everyone sees and watches, everything that you do right before you hand out our food and especially in this times of full blown pandemic that is been going out for a while. By now you should know how important it is to clean your hands after you touched your nose / mouth or other parts of your body that are not included in the process of making or handling pizza or other food items that you are selling to us. I wanted to say sorry to the people in the back who probably (hopefully) clean and sanitize their hands periodically. So this is it , there you have it, raw and honest review. I and disappointed and disgusted...

Messed up my order and were joking about it when I brought it back to them after having to wait an additional 20 minutes past the time I was quoted for pickup already. The assistant manager literally asked "oh what did we mess up this time?!" As if its some kind of funny game they play. I get nothings perfect, but joke after the angry customer leaves... after waiting an hour for pizza with an extra trip home and back, the pizza was decent but extremely inconvenient.

They then wanted to give me a free crazy bread on my next visit for my inconvenience, and gave me a hard time when I asked for my money back as I didn't want to come back to this location. Especially for just a free bread.

Not a bad place if you don't want custom orders as their #1 priority is the hot and ready garbage. They loaded their oven with crazy bread, which is why I had to wait for my order to begin with, and rushed to the point where they gave me someone else's pizza, and then laughed and joked like it wasn't that big of a deal I just wasted an hour on something that's supposed to be convenient.

Tl;Dr This place seems to think it's your problem when they mess something up. Go to ANY other pizza place if you're not getting hot and ready stuff. It's worth the extra couple bucks. I sure as hell...

The quality later at night sucks, the staff rush the food, items are undercooked, sometimes things aren't even cut, and if you call and complain your directed to a manager who says my stuff isn't undercooked I am the manager and I checked everything myself , very rude and unprofessional service , at the counter initially they tried depriving me of my crazy sauce, when they finally handed one over they were filled under half. This location is overstaffed by workers with an attitude that don't want to do their job, and with time the food quality is drastically getting worse. This location cares more about speed then quality and your better off going to another location if quality is what you seek. The staff don't care about you or your order, they just want an easy pay check. Enter at your own risk, but if you have any issues feel free to direct them to the night time manager she acts like a Karen, and believes she does no wrong , the food was so undercooked this time I had to throw the food back into the oven at home. The last 6 times I've come to this location the items have been some of the worst little caesars items I have had in my 30 yrs of life. I think I'm going to have food poisoning..... as you can see in the attached image below the food is clearly never...
