Good Chow I’ve gone here for years and the food’s been solid. The owners are nice, but the 3% credit card fee was the dealbreaker. My card pays me 3.20% cash back, and I’ve used that over the years to make a ton of money. Nowhere else charges 3% on food, and I’m not about to give that up — especially since every time I went, my order was always $25 or more. I even asked them not to charge it — they politely declined, and that’s their choice. But it cost them me as a customer. They held the penny so close to their eye they lost track of the dollar.....Greedy like the others have said.
And believe me — my family and I went here a bunch, ordering large trays many, many times. Now I’ll be telling them, and everyone I know, not to go back either. Everything else has been decent, except when they mess up your order — then they’ll blame you, won’t fix it, and sometimes still charge you, just like others have said. I realize prices have gone up across the board but they have also raised their prices dramatically too already. You will never get anything extra from them either even if you go there 24/7 they will sometimes even short you and still...
Read moreVERY RUDE. we got two sandwich’s and one of them have everything on it that we asked for them to not put on there. The second one the chicken on the inside was burnt. They remade the first one and didn’t put any garlic that was supposed to be on there. they told me that every sandwich with that chicken was going to be burnt looking. (I highly doubt they change there frying old very often.) so they told me that it’s took of my bill and if I would like a replacement sandwich so Decided on a beef kefta sandwich. It was horrible and was way over cooked. I took two bite and could not eat it. On top of all the bs all ready they still charged me for my replacement sandwich and we have to argue with them to get my money back and they told me they can’t because they don’t know how to do that with a credit card I ended up have to settle with bread and garlic Witch was not even worth what I paid. Then as I was leaving he pushed the bag into my hand and almost into my chest then told me you won. They acted very immature and very rude. Don’t ever want to go here again....
Read moreWriting this as an update to my original review, currently Feb. 2018: I've eaten from here many times over the last year and a half, and honestly food is decent but not quite as good as it was when the restaurant first opened. Back then, there used to be a cook here his name was Seif (pronounced like "Safe") and the food here was the best. Sometime in 2017, ownership changed and the top of the menus said "New Kabob Eden". Since that point, the food changed a bit and was not as good as it used to be, but still decent though, prices are very good. The chicken shawarmas they make here now are very soaked in oil, the sandwich is very soggy and falls apart when you get close to end of it. Grease is literally pouring out of it and runs down your arms to your elbows. It's very good, just a little too greasy. The french fries were ok, a bit too soaked in oil and had like a burnt oil aftertaste. The rice here is very good though and also the garlic sauce is very...
