Boston Bed Company — Hotel in Stoughton

I had been looking everywhere online for a bed that could convert into a couch for my small apartment. I was on my way to Ikea and then was planning on stopping at Bob's when I saw the Boston Bed Company alongside the road. I decided to pull in and I could not be happier with this decision! Rich was incredibly helpful and generous, explaining insider tips and working with me to show me features about each bed. I ended up with a reasonably priced futon and an incredibly comfortable mattress for an unmatched price and it looks great in my apartment! I got a full which has plenty of room for two people and converts easily into a reasonably sized couch. Rich gave me a tip when setting up the bed to leave the screws LOOSE and I didn't listen because I was worried the bed would fall to the ground...but listen to him! Because we had to loosen up all the bolts and screws so we could fit the frame in. Oh, and I forgot to mention: I took it home with me that day! I came to Boston Bed Company after having gone to a few of the big name mattress stores. What a difference! Rich was able to quickly help me figure out what kind of mattress was best for me, pointing me towards mattresses to figure out I liked and what I didn't. After we narrowed down the choices, Rich gave me some time to myself to shop around and get comfortable. I found my ideal mattress and returned the next day to try it again and make sure it was the right fit. Rich was once again very accommodating and helpful. I made my purchase with a delivery scheduled for the following week. A few days later Rich called to let me know that my delivery would be delayed by a couple of days. Despite this not being an issue for me, Rich was very apologetic. My mattress ended up only being delayed one day and delivery was very easy. Overall, a fantastic experience and Rich was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever been assisted by. I cannot say enough about the product, customer service, and delivery of the bed we bought from Boston Bed Company. I reached out to Rich via email because I needed a bed ASAP as my mom was coming to stay with me following a stroke and needed a proper bed delivered immediately. Within about 15 minutes he called me himself and said he would make a point to get a bed to us as quickly as he could. He had it delivered earlier than expected and sent a personal email wishing my mom well. Upon delivery, I assumed we would be building the bed ourselves, but the wonderful delivery man came right in and put the bed together himself. This was such a bright spot for us during a hard time.
