I recently visited Comfort Furniture and had a great experience. The furniture there is really nice and well-made. There were lots of styles to choose from, and everything looked high-quality. The prices were much better than Bobs Furniture and I felt great about my purchase. The best part was the customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. They made the whole shopping experience easy and pleasant. My fiancee and I bought a dining room set, couch and bedroom set. We told the guy we would send business his way and even come back to furnish the rest of our house. Well about 5 months after we purchased the furniture the bed frame broke and the dining room bench got a crack on both ends. Neither which were our fault; it is just cheap furniture. Got to the store to pick up an item that someone purchased, there was snow at the entry way but worse than that, two of us, women in a truck and stuck in snow, Matteo refused to help us.
