Oh my gosh! I went here a few weeks ago and I’m obsessed. I was on island for my brothers wedding and wanted to go to a dessert place to catch up with friends and my favorite cousins.

I love meet fresh in Taiwan and Seattle, it’s grass jelly shaved ice, so of course, this cute dessert shop caught my eye.

To my surprise, I learned that everything is actually made in store and fresh. Every ingredient from their taro balls and tapioca are actually made in store and colored with natural ingredients!!!!!!! I was totally shocked to find a place like this on island because we don’t even have this level of quality in Seattle.

The owners and workers were so sweet and attentive, and answered all my questions. This is also a kid friendly place, so I’m definitely letting all my friends know.

The mango they source is fresh island mango, and is sweet and crunchy. They refuse to use anything other than fresh, which is saying a lot on an island with sometimes limited resources.

The price is actually super low for the quality you get! And the founder of the company is a nutritionist and is a stickler for the ingredients you put into your body. I would feel good about feeding my kids this type of dessert.

I wish they would open one out here in Seattle! I am obsessed with grass jelly, and the fact that their ingredients were all made in house, made me feel even better.

I know for a fact that my local shop in Seattle uses frozen Taro balls etc.

The shaved ice was really good, and the serving size was generous, definitely enough for two people. However, the experience could have been better. Since it was our first time there, we expected a bit more guidance, especially after mentioning that to the staff. Instead, the person who took our order seemed confused the entire time, which made things a bit awkward.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, but the staff could improve their customer service. Building rapport and being more approachable would go a long way. We felt a little uncomfortable when we tried to engage in conversation and were met with...

The desserts and mango green tea that came with it were really good! I like it better than snow berry. Ask for extra napkins especially if you're with kids. They do only give one tiny one per order, but are happy to give more.

The staff were very friendly and recommended their favorites which were so good. I would definitely come back if I'm craving. There's also plenty of seating. Inside is painted with cute murals and colors but other than that it's nothing special.

Overall great desserts are what we came for and Ice Una delivered. Everyone in our group was happy.
