If I could give them a zero, I would. I come in and the lady allows a man to cut people in line. I finally placed the order and let her know, I was first in line. She says absolutely nothing. Then I see everyone with food except for me. So she asks me: “are you waiting for an order?” “Yeah, for the past 25 mins.” And she says: “I forgot to print the ticket.” And then proceeds to tell me that she will have my order ready in two minutes. Really? And send me off with a nasty order? She never once asked me to compensate the order in any other way. So unprofessional and beyond frustrating. Never going back there again. They have the audacity to tell me that it was a wifi problem. Wow, so the wifi went out only for my order and everyone else got theirs. Just like your time is valuable, so is mine. Try waking up early on a Sunday to go sit in a cold chair for 25 minutes to walk out without your food. 🙄 Amd then being lied about why it happened. Human errors happen all the time and I don’t mind them but don’t be condescending and insult...

Hidden behind an industrial building located off of Pennsylvania Ave in Thornton is this true hidden gem. For orders over $25, La Belle will even deliver their delectable pastries, cookies, eclairs, croissants, and more!
This scrumptious French patisserie imports their chocolate from France, and it is definitely noticeable. Each bite is so rich and decadent that It’s now difficult to enjoy dessert anywhere else. La Belle have truly set the bar that high.
My favorite are the 3 small chocolate chip cookies. I really enjoy one with my coffee. The desserts in the glass case are all absolutely phenomenal but extremely rich. I can’t have one every time I visit, but I do enjoy them whenever I can.
Since my first step in through those doors and smelling the delightful aroma, I new i’d be a forever customer....
Read moreA whole sale patisserie (pastry) and boulangerie (bread) shop dipping it's toe into retail. Basically, they put out a stylish counter and some display cases in the front of their bakery which is in a small semi-industrial business district. The big catch is that currently all of their baked goods are frozen. When you make an on sight retail purchase they give you the frozen baked good in a box and you have to thaw it out for a few hours before eating. The pan au chocolate took two hours to thaw. The vanilla eclair took six hours to thaw to room temperature. Both were excellent. Good selection of the usual laminated suspects. A rare appearance, at least for Denver, of a Paris-Brest but alas I didn't get to try it - yet.
They are talking about opening a focused retail shop in downtown Denver. Their product line up is solid and the quality is very high. However, the wholesale freeze method is holding them back from being a top tier...
