Went in to see why my vaporizer was leaking she had no answer for me all that I needed was a new coil because my coil was missing a gasket. Also the mod that I currently have has a glass cover that is rubber when I went in there she took it off set it on the counter as I was leaving I totally forgot it there and I know I forgot it there because I only went into my car and then back to the Vape shop and ask herPolitely if I had forgotten it there on the counter which I know that I did and she blatantly said āno you did notā Now I donāt know why she would lie to me other than the fact the rubber cover for the glass was very cool looking I will be back to notice if she has it on her Vape if sheās even working when I go back because I know she was lying to me if management could please try to make this right by looking at the cameras and showing me the day that I went in there I would really really enjoy seeing their employee pocket my glass cover please make this right I will be a good customer as I have been in the past. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried hard to like this shop but they don't seem to care about their customers. On 3/6/20 I needed to buy a new vape as mine stopped working. I bought a Lost Vape Orion DNA. Shortly after I bought it it stopped working. I went back into the shop and they got it "working" again. The girl said if it keeps having issues to return it the next day and to keep my receipt. The next day it stopped working again and I went back to the shop to return it. A different guy was working that night and he would not return it. I explained my story and what the girl said the previous night. He just says "she new and doesn't know" and pointed to a sign on the wall to the right of the register and says no returns. WONDERFUL! No one said a word when I bought it or when I came back the first time that I couldn't return it, she even mentioned I could. Also my receipt says nothing about no returns. He suggested that I contact the manufacture so I have a $75 paperweight until I can figure out how to replace it. Not to mention I found the same vape online for $32-$35! How the hell can you charge me $75 and not even stand behind the products you sell. I have also asked in the past if they would be able to order some items and juice for me and they told me no because they only order from one place. I prefer to shop locally but I will never go back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly dread whenever I have to come to this store if my usual store is out of what I need. Why do I dread this store? 1.) All the employees except for one of the guys act like you're a nuisance (don't talk except for the bare minimum, don't smile and have a bored tone to their voice.) 2.) I have yet to experience an employee that actually has real product knowledge about their products. 3.) They do not prompt you to type in your phone number for rewards (you have to ask) 4.) Employees just lack any sort of customer service in general and aren't their to find you the right product for your wants and needs. 5.) Everytime I've come except for that one guy I've left feeling like I bothered them by coming in.
If you're looking for a good shop I recommend Vapergate which is hands down the best shop I've been to, extensive knowledge and great service every time.
