Great neighborhood brewery with food! There is a variety of beer styles to choose from making for a great location for groups with varying tastes and to just try something new. The location is about 3 years old and am exciting this establishment appears to be making it through the pandemic. I had not heard of this location despite living nearby until my brother took me here. Their food menu is interesting with "squirrels" on the menu. The squirrels are simply a yeast pastry dough pocket with a variety of mixed savory and protein ingredients (much like German runzas or bierocks, and yes these go great with beer). This brewery's twist on this popular German entree are very good. My brother and I shared a sample plate of squirrels and enjoyed each one. This was also enough for each of us to split one for a lunch type engagement. There is a whiskey tasting room at the same location but is a separate business. There is some outdoor seating in a comfortable setting and a back room I did not visit possibly for large groups. I look forward to returning. This should be an establishment to support!

I have been coming here for years and finally decided to write my first yelp review ever for any place. I go to different colorado breweries weekly; some may say I'm a beer connoisseur. Ever since the beginning, this has been my favorite brewery! They have THE best beer (I've been to most all in the metro area too), to die for food!! And an ambiance that will make you think you're in a wine bar (they have other alcohol/beverages than beer). The wait staff is extremely caring!! They're busy and doing a FANTASTIC job!! Seriously!!! THE best beer!! THE best food!! And THE best people!!! What inspired me to write this review... I haven't been here in nearly a year because of life and the owner Todd recognized me as soon as I walked in and picked up where we left off on conversation!! And this place is insanely busy every time I've ever been here!

I loved every aspect of this brewery. I thought it was going to be a small area, which I wouldn't have minded either. I even thought they only had 6 different beers since I didn't open pages 2 and 3 of the menu. It has a bar area which I enjoyed and being able to finally sit down and have a conversation, 6 feet of course, about beer and about life. I loved their large selection of craft beer, I am sure for you none craft enthusiasts you will find one you like. For the rest of us I bet you will love each one with their satirical names. I also loved the food served and love the beer tenders and servers. They were all knowledgeable about the hard work it takes to craft these various beers. I can only say great things about the owners. Keep brewing great beer!!

Awesome place with a great vibe. Staff was super friendly and a pleasure to chat with, but don't expect to be waited on like a restaurant. The bacon was probably the best bacon I've had in my life (and I've had a lot of bacon). The squirrel balls were delicious and incredibly filling. I also got a flight of 6 beers and let me tell you, it was hard to choose just 6. The two fruit beers (monkey and pineapple) were my favorite and really stood out with their flavors. I was slightly disappointed with the 3 stouts as they all tasted pretty similar. They were good but not exceptional and left me wishing I had tried a couple other beers instead. All said, I would come back here again with a smile on my face.

We're on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don't be afraid to try the food, it's not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! If you are in the area, definitely stop here at least once!

My business uses Satire once a month for a networking group and time and time again they deliver on a space with fantastic food, beer, and service! From Todd to Amy to the rest of the great staff they are always fantastic. We had a chance last night to use the Moose room for an event and the space was great, the food and drinks were delicious as always! The reason I continue to bring people in time and time again is the outstanding service and accommodations each and every time! Make sure you give them a shot if you’re in the Thornton area looking for a place. Don’t forget to support local!!
