There is a Hispanic shirt manager there with a tattoo on his neck with two hearts that is very rude , nasty and racist. I went to this drive through as I do every Thursday evening to have my cheat of an order of chocolate chip cookies. I ordered no one stated the cost I got the window and gave change because apparently I did not have cash and I didnāt want to swipe for less than $2. Because I was giving change this ignorant person closed the window and proceeded to know place my back in the window and make orders for not one but two cars. He finally came back and opened the window. I just had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder 2/2/24 I still canāt extend my left arm. I reached out my right arm to give the change when I went to give him the change of 4 quarters 4 buckles 5 dimes and 3 Pennieās he closed the window to knock it out my hand. It all fell on the counter he told me he donāt take that and closed the window. I was so upset I actually pulled down my sleeve to show this man I just had surgery I was not being rude I couldnāt extend my ither arm do you know this man told me he was calling the cops on me. I am an executive but I am also a black woman. I swear I was treated like this because I am a black woman I go to this very location at least once a week this devastated me and ruined my evening. I really hope he looses his job you never know what the person you are supposed to be servicing is what they are going through I did not deserve to be treated like this and I could not rest without...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt first seemed like a normal drive thru experience. Simple enough of an order. #6 medium no Mayo no cheese just ice. I get my food and something told me to check. I'm glad I did. The whopper Jr they "made" for me had traces of Mayo on it. It was on some of the lettuce. I tell the guy at the window and he yells at me that there is no Mayo. "Where is the mayo? Do you want Mayo? You said no Mayo." I'm allergic to eggs, so for those who do not know, Mayo is majority eggs and oil with a bit of seasoning. I get frustrated and tell him I cannot have Mayo, ANY Mayo. At no point was I rude or raising my voice at him. He tells me to pull forward while they make another. I check the new one. Looks good. I go to eat it. Tastes like soap and my tongue burns a little, especially the pickle. ... At least the fries were good :/ I wish he had given me a receipt so I could do their stupid survey. Never going to this one ever again. Avoid late night. If it isn't their standard make, expect it to be incorrect and expect attitude. One star only cuz the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI gotta tell you that this particular visit to Burger King(always my fave), really saved me from literally passing out! I made the mistake of not eating breakfast and drove to Commack for a doctor's visit. On the way back, I started feeling weak, shaking, very hot AND exhausted! I needed something good to eat, and quickly. I drove straight to the beautifully air conditioned Burger King in Amityville on Sunrise Hwy. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles all around. I gave my order which was quickly filled and sat at very clean table(they ALL were clean). I never enjoyed a Whopper with cheese, fries, and a chocolate shake more, in my life. I quickly started feeling the energy flowing through my body. And the shake cooled me down nicely. After finishing, I relaxed a few minutes feeling terrific and was ready to drive safely. Thanks to all for making a positive difference on me, and I'm sure with this hot weather, I'm not...
