There is just so much to say about this property and more importantly, the stewards of this comfortable establishment who represent the Marriott brand in such a genuine way to include: a caring and well trained staff, remarkable leadership and management, well organized offerings like clean facilities, ample parking, large rooms w everything u need, amenities to relax, refresh and recharge on any day of the week. Now I have to tell you my story. I am from out of state and needed to go into the area for an incredible friend who we lost and wanted to honor him by being present for the services. It was a tall order but I had to find a way to make it. I called around for the best fit based on my budget. When I spoke w CJ, their “in the know” and empathetic top guy exhausted all options, discussed each opportunity then ultimately finding me the perfect solution. It was complicated, but resulted in a peaceful stay during a difficult time. The best part is what happened a few weeks later. I had an emergency and needed to get back in town ASAP to help friends. I got in the truck and just got on the road and said “I’ll figure it out”. I get close to town, late at night and make a few calls asking about rooms (anywhere). Mind you, I don’t have a good idea of the area. One call after another and I was constantly let down, pushed away, hung up on, told “can’t help u” and “good luck finding something”. I decided before I left for the trip that I would sleep in the truck if I had to. I ended up speaking w Jeremy on the phone next. He completely read the urgency I had w an impossible budget. Jeremy found me a room and made it work for me. I pull in very late w the truck looking for a well lit and open area to park. I can’t believe it! I quickly realize… this is the SAME hotel that I met CJ who helped me last time. It’s a kind reminder that ppl will give when they can and also being decent to each other isn’t hard and doesn’t cost anything. Thank you for the support and being ready to do your jobs and more as always. Looking forward to mistakenly getting a room there again in the future. I truly hope all of their staff is recognized for this and of course, Jeremey’s attention and CJ’s kindness. Take care and...

The hotel looks nice, but beyond the surface, it’s one of the most poorly run properties I’ve ever experienced.
Shortly after checking in, the guest in the room next to me started blasting the TV so loudly it was shaking through the walls. I called the front desk to ask for help. The agent, Yancy, said she couldn’t reach the guest, and her solution? That I should pack up and move rooms. I asked why I should be the one inconvenienced. Her response wasn’t an apology—it was an argument.
I asked for a manager. She said none was on duty. I asked her to call one. Eventually, a manager named Leah called me back and agreed I shouldn't have to move rooms. She said security would handle it, that they were already in the parking lot.
30 minutes later—nothing changed. I called again. Turns out security wasn’t even on-site and wouldn’t arrive until 11 PM. So now I’ve been lied to by the manager.
After multiple calls and zero solutions, I finally agreed to move rooms just so I could get some sleep. Yancy said she’d call me as soon as she found a room. 20 minutes later, no call. I had to walk down to the front desk myself.
Here’s what’s worse: After all this, not once did anyone say “I’m sorry” or offer a single word of apology. No ownership. No customer service. Just attitude and avoidance. Every interaction felt like I was the problem—for asking for quiet in my hotel room.
Lesson learned: Check the recent Google reviews before booking. Switch the filter to “most recent” or “lowest” and see the real experience. Many other reviews mention the same issue—thin walls, loud rooms, and zero accountability.

Read moreWe reserved an extended size room of 2 queen and sofa bed. When we first got in the room I noticed it was smaller than what I seen online. I went to the front desk to ask for a bigger room size and they said I had the biggest room size. So I went back to the room to start unpacking with my family. We noticed there were stains all over the couch, wall, and floor. I called and requested another room. They gave us another room on a different floor and this room was way bigger then the last. I found that interesting after I asked them for a bigger room when we first got there . The guy at the front desk lied to us. This room had plenty of space for a family of 5 plus two TVs and 3 extra chairs whereas the last room had one tv and no chairs at all.... so we start to unpack in this room and notice there are also stains on the couch and floor. The edging of the wall by the refrigerator was coming apart. At this point we were exhausted from travel and did not feel like switching rooms. It also took them hours to get us remotes for the tv... later on we reserved pool time for the kids to swim and when we went down there people were in the pool swimming during our pool time so we had to let the front desk know about that. Then I called to schedule pool time for the next day and they told me I had to call in the morning to get times. I went downstairs to get something to drink and heard people at the front desk scheduling pool times for the next day but they just told me I could not schedule until the morning. So I called in the morning at 6am and there were no pool times available. I was pretty upset especially because they lied again. Also, when I was downstairs I heard other people complaining about the rooms as well... I will not be coming back and do not recommend this hotel. To much confusion and false information...
