T-Mobile — Local services in Town of Islip

My last visit was one of great enlightenment and allegiance in helper assistance towards my theorem surrounding mishaps with cellular device malfunctions and the suspicious illogical nature of such manifested occurrences that are and were valid in my suggestions of ownership of my device other than myself. As I've espoused in detail the non representation of SIM card and various manipulative attempts surrounding taking out the SIM card replaced with another and functionality of upload and download measures causing disruption within spaces of continual connections with one and only star contact member. They saw and witnessed such patterns of espoused discourse and instructed myself in progressive efforts of ownership of such with assigned granted carrier location for transferring services towards there Parent Company from present Sister responsibilities of Disinterested allegiance towards privatized information transference measures of business proper business legal services. I took note that the monies paid this month and priory are inconsistent with text payments which continual ask for more towards bills already having paid access amounts in responsibilities stipulated under contractual agreements which any Parent Company should move without hesitation especially when authorities have been notified of illegal accessibility towards such infractions infrastructure infringements towards intellectual property without legal assigned accountholder ownership that being myself the one assigned such granted rights to such property assigned duties. Never cause manipulative tactics within spaces of connectiveness enriched in love between shared partnership we both share together in such similar paths of bringing our communities together as one in upward trajectory for all membered one's castigated amongst as precious forgotten ones without a helper. One star is still way too generous for this place. Worst customer service experience with Tmobile I've ever had.

Walked in there two days ago to buy two SIM cards. I was nicely greeted by a gentleman on the left register who politely told me he would be with me in just a "moment". This made me smile and instantly remember one of the reasons why I love T-Mobile's customer service. After all, my over the phone experiences have always been nothing less than excellent.

Store was not full so I patiently waited for 5mins. Then someone approaches me and hands me a clip board to put my name on, I wrote my name. Then an additional 15mins pass by and I'm wondering why I haven't been called. I approach another gentleman and informed him I was waiting and needed to know when I was next, then he tells me "we're going as fast as we can" but doesn't even ask me what it is I needed. All I wanted was two SIM cards! It's ridiculous that someone has to wait the same amount of time as new account openers, if they want a simple device case they picked out or buy two nano SIM cards. Poor management and careless employees, no one cared about how unhappy I was even after me telling them. I just left and went to the Hauppaugue store which actually cared, only waited 5mins..the way it should be.

I'll never go to this store again. And unless you have endless amounts of free time, you...

This used to be my favorite T-Mobile store until recently the old staff that used to work there don't work their no more the new staff is very rude not very helpful and seem like they don't want to be bothered I was down there not that long ago to see if I can trade in my Samsung Note 9 for the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G they looked at my phone and said that I couldn't trade my phone in bc their was a scratch on my screen it was a minor scratch nothing serious well I left after they told me no and the SAME DAY I went to the 1 in the Bay Shore mall the guy that helped me was very friendly showed him my phone told him what had happened he laughed and said that he would give me money for my phone that he didn't understand why this location would say no and I was able to trade in my note 9 and get the Ultra 5G I'll NEVER step foot in this location again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PPL ny going here go to Bay Shore mall...
