The guy working in the fish department with the long dark beard that helped me dropped one of the hatchet fish on the ground and as it was flopping on the ground he tried to scoop it up with a net, then eventually picked it up from its fins with his fingers with the fish dangling in the air and put it back in the bag. It was so excruciating to watch. Also. On top of that, there were dozens and dozens of dead fish on the bottoms of all the tanks and dead fish stuck to the filters in all the tanks. As a manager of a business myself, I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a pet store. I was greeted with a smile and a hello from the cashier as I walked in the door. She asked if I needed assistance right away. As I was in the aisle looking a little lost I was also approached by the store manager , Jose. He lead me in the direction of everything I needed without hesitation. As he saw pick up and item and say I can get this cheaper on Amazon. He informed me of their price match policy. I was able to save on my purchase and make the purchase locally instead of ordering online and having to wait. I tried the "Self Serve Dog Wash." It worked out really well. I bought 5 baths for $40 so I could do all of my dogs for $8 each. I took the two bravest pups as a test run. The dogs were secured in the tub with a tether. Four several types of shampoos, a waterproof apron, and towels are provided. Use the powerful dryer right in the tub. Don't forget the brush like I did. The floor gets slippery, so be careful. Update: The wash area was renovated. New nozzles for the hose and dryer were present. Clips to tie your dog on the floor were added, so you can safely clean out the tub, which some people don't do.
