Save yourself the trouble and avoid this salon like the PLAGUE. I recently moved back home from school and have been looking for a new nail place. I found out the hard way that this salon was a mistake. I called to make an appointment for my sister and I for SNS. We were told to show up earlier than our appointment to soak off. However, we both were unable to soak off until the actual time of our appointment. Meaning, I left early from work and rushed over here for absolutely NO reason.

Fast forward to me getting my nails done, the woman who did my nails had no regard for me or what I liked. She complained about having to file down my nails despite them very clearly being in a lipstick shape instead of the COFFIN I asked for. She continued to rush through my nails leaving them lumpy and uneven despite ensuring me that this would not happen.

Finally, when I am ready to pay for my nails/toes and the woman proceeds to catch an attitude and practically kicks me out of her chair since I didn’t give her a “big tip.” She didn’t even wait for the uv lamp to turn off. I am then forced to leave the salon with my hands and newly PURPLE nails covered in old acrylic from my previously GREEN set that was soaked off. While attempting to wash it off at the sink, another employee proceeds to tell me I need acetone to remove the old acrylic and then WALKS AWAY from me. This salon is simply not where you would go for even a decent set or standard customer service. Do yourself a favor and keep searching, I promise you...

Extremely dissapointed. I came in and wanted to relax. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and wanted a manicure and a pedicure I asked the ladies to explain what was the difference between the spa deluxe pedicure and spa pedicure. They couldnt tell me because of the language barrier. Then I decided just to do a plain mani pedi. Thats where it went downhill. Kim kept pushing gel and I didnt want one. She rushed through the whole process on a slow Tuedsay evening! She cut wayyy to deep on my big toes and they bled badly. The right one still hurts! Then she did my mani on the chair while i was clearly uncomfortable instead of moving me to a table & then she said she was done. She didnt move me to dry properly with a fan. They messed up twice while being there! I was waiting on my mother who was being helped by Tina who was great! Kim got annoyed and told me thats why i should have gotten gel! Thats not the reason why they were ruined. She was rude and had terrible customer service. She gave me a fan for about 5 minutes then she asked me to move so she could take another customer. My nails weren't dry yet! I just hope it doesnt get infected! I asked for alcohol to avoid an infection. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!!!If I could give them zero stars I would. Today was my first and last time going to them. Leaving for a trip in a couple of hours and decided to stop by this salon to get my nails done after work. Got a pedicure (gel) and manicure. While I was there two individuals that were not satisfied with their service so they walked out and left (first red flag). About 2hours after getting my nails done I realized that my “gel” nail polish was starting to strip and peel off. After returning back to the shop for them to fix it the manager kept asking me who was the individual who did my nails. Even though I kept insisting to him that I don’t remember the person face and it was my first time there he kept pushing for me to walk around the shop and find who was the nail tech. After repeatingly stating I’m traveling and don’t have time for the back and forth and just need anyone who’s available. The manager still insisted on finding out who did my nails.
