Absolutely horrible experience, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I dealt with the manager at the restaurant. I went in and told her my order. Not once did she ask what type of chicken I wanted, spicy or mild... or even the type of pieces. I then went to order my sides with the meal, and she then tried to charge me extra. I told her never mind then and canceled the side and got two of the same. She then gave me an attitude because I didn't want to pay an extra fee. Finally, the order number was called, and I asked for sauce for the chicken she then wanted to charge me for that too. And insisted you only get sauce when you buy tenders. I told her I have been eating at popeyes at multiple locations and have never once been told I needed to order tenders to receive sauce. Complete scam here and absolutely absurd. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes during that entire time the manager & worker were looking at me. By then, 3 other ppl were waiting to pick up or place an order. Finally, the same worker came to take my order. I ordered my food. The cashier short my change by 10cent. I brought it to her attention, and then she gave me a nickel. I explained to her she had to give me a dime. Then she gave me a quarter. I asked if she understood English or knew what a dime was. She got an attitude and then finally gave me the dime. I got the food, which was a small wrap. It was cold, and the chicken was undercooked. It was slightly hard and had a hard chew. I will not ever return to that location. Read moreMy wife went in earlier in the evening and ordered some meals. When she went home, she noticed some of the food that she paid for was not her bags. I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Bridget, and told her what had happened. She quickly apologized and rectified the issue. She then proceeded to compensate me for my trouble by giving me extra chicken with fast and friendly service. People nowadays are so quick to complain about poor service, but hardly ever complement great service. Well... That is what I am doing now! Thank you Bridget...
