I've been one of those twice-daily SB customers for almost 20 years. I've been to locations from coast to coast. I've never reviewed one before, but this is absolutely the worst I have ever been to. The store has been open a year, now, and I have tried everything to get these people to engage in even basic civility. Nothing has worked. I have had staff literally just stand at the cash register and stare at me instead of asking for my order. I have had to ask them to remake more drinks than every other SB I have been to, combined. I have spoken several times with the store manager, Dustin, and his attitude explains everything about why his employees feel free to act this way. Now that their behavior has gone from passively hostile to openly insulting, I can't imagine going back. I'm buying another espresso machine and saying good riddance.
Oh, and if you're like most SB regulars and like to use the place as a study/work-spot? Avoid this place like the plague. The people here seem to regard that as some kind of freakish behavior, and will definitely let you know it.

Updated: December 12, I have reduced my stars rating after months of experiences @ this location. Mostly I am disgusted with over tipping @ this location and getting unappreciative attitudes/responses and poorly crafted items. But even so⦠I guess the most frustrating is when you are that ābehind the scenesā person whom helps these locations to be operational on a daily basis and get this service in return. I ordered a frappe at the drive thru, I should've known it wasn't going to be good when the person taking my order inside couldn't even hardly repeat my order from laughing so hard?! Very unprofessional in my opinion but I thought oh that's okay! She repeated it and it was correct so I pulled around to get it and drove off... it was not what I ordered and no where near it... I couldn't even drink it, it tasted terrible! Made my husband take a sip thinking it was just my taste buds.... nope it was bad! Never coming back here first...
