Wingstop — Restaurant in Tullahoma

So today I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and wings. It's was supposed to be Louisiana dry rub on the sandwich, extra seasoning on the fries, and Buffalo mild sauce on the wings. Normally I'd let this go and not drop a review on here so negatively but, when I got home, the fries and sandwich were both completely unseasoned and the wings had fry seasoning sprinkled on them. I called the store and the girl argued with me and insinuated that I was a moron and that the sauce had soaked into the food and that's why they weren't seasoned. They did replace my order but, it took up an extra hour and twenty minutes of my day to drive there, wait for the order, then drive home with it. I included a side by side comparison of the wings and as you can see, they are certainly not seasoned the same, no matter what the girl I spoke...

Ordered online for a pick up, came before time so we knew we would be waiting. They said another 10-15 minutes, we went down to Publix and came back. We return, I ask again if my order is ready. They say no and I ask if I can at least fill my drinks, they obliged and handed me cups. We go to fill the drinks and the syrup is out, the tea is gone, and there is no ice. My husband told the cashier who seemed to not care and then he went to the car. After waiting another few minutes I start trying to read the bags on the shelf because a little boy was being ignored asking for I assume his mother's order.... low and behold - my food is sitting on the shelf!!! My fries are soggy, my wings are cold, and my corn is like mush and I haven't even made it back home yet. This was our first experience with Wing Stop and I am BEYOND...

I normally LOVE wingstop but this location is having really bad growing pains. Always forgetting parts of my order (today they forgot my WINGS … just gave me sides ?? At WING stop) and the food is very inconsistent. Sometimes my wings are cooked to perfection (mango habanero and lemon pepper are amazing) and sometimes they are so overcooked and dry. Fries can get soggy so try the sauces on the side or try extra fried. The staff is always super nice and will remake your order if there’s an issues (which is more common than not). I recommend checking your order before you leave because you will have to come back twice or thrice because it is that disorganized. I hope they get it under control because it was great on opening day and I know how great their food can be. They just need more staff and to pay...
