Casa Mexico — Restaurant in Tullahoma

On February 22, 2018 my fiancé and I went in to eat at 9p.m. 3 workers were at the front deck talking. It took like 2 minutes before someone came to seat us. Then we finally got seated and then it was 10 minutes before I finally asked a waiter if we were going to get chips or anything. He left the table and still took 5 minutes before they actually even brought us any chips. Then it took another 5 minutes to bring us our drinks after we finally ordered our food a couple minutes later. The food came in a timely manner but we were missing some of our order. We informed them that we were missing some of our food and then he went to the back. Ten minutes later our waitress came back to the table and asked us if we wanted a refill on drinks, at which point we asked about the food we were missing and she said, “oh yeah” and left. She finally brought the enchiladas 10 minutes later. After we finally got done eating, I went to the cash register and I told the mangager that I understood we came in an hour before closing but we should have not received poor service. He told me that we did not in fact receive poor service several times then told me that my waitress does not give poor service AND TO TELL THE TRUTH!!!! No manager should talk that way to his customers. At which point I paid the bill and left no tip and left. Needless to say we won’t be going back. I can live with poor service and still come back. I understand people have bad days but for a manger to say to tell the truth when I told him about our service, that’s unacceptable. This is by far the worst service I have ever been given at...

The waiter was a little slow food was fair, although quite a wait for the food and the check. There was 9 of us there, ended with my mom 86 yrs old order3 a cup of coffee. After she drunk most of it she looked in the cup and it was disgusting. Dried caked on food in the cup. We called waiter over showed him and he shrugged it off so we ask to speak to the manager, waiter came back and said manager said not charge us for the coffee. Again we ask for the manager to come to our table. When he finally did he was very rude, very unapologetic and said nothing he could do about it that it was our fault. We mainly wanted an apology from them we were not expecting anything else but we could not even get that. Not one word spoken from him that he was sorry it happened or any concern that a customer had actually been served out of the cup. Very very rude manager. Me and my mom had lunch here today. I’ve ate here a few times and the food was pretty okay. Our lunch here today was terrible. I got about 5 bites in on the cheesy chicken and rice and was so sick to my stomach. It just tasted old and like it had gone bad. The cheese dip did not taste good either. Tasted like spoiled milk. My mom got the fajitas and the peppers were not cooked. Her chicken was barely cooked. Steak was so tough she couldnt bite into it. Rice was dry and hard. We still paid for my moms meal and the staff apologized which is why I gave it 2 stars. They did refund my meal because I hadn’t ate much of it.
