Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Tullahoma

I’m just now getting around to post this but we were very disappointed with our experience 3-25-25. We wanted to go and watch the Tennessee game there, so we got there early to get a seat and watch the game. We got sat and it took at least 15 mins before we were even greeted. When we finally got our drinks put in we ordered nachos as an app before our meal. We waited a while before our server came back to get our order and we ordered a chicken wrap. My boyfriend specifically said multiple times no tomato because we hate tomatoes. We finally got our nachos and it had nothing on them. It was just chicken and cheese no peppers at all. They were also super cold. We didn’t send them back because we had already waited forever for them and I work as a server part time so i didn’t want to be a bother. Then we get our wrap and it’s covered in tomato. We decided to say something because our nachos were already messed up. We had to wait probably a good 15-20 for our server to come check on us so we could tell her the wrap was wrong. She assured us she would get it fixed. We got a new wrap and it has pulled chicken instead of the fried we originally ordered. Then we waited 20 mins to get our check and another 15 for her to take our card. Seriously just had the worst experience of my life! We have always ordered food to go and every single time we come to pick up, we are waiting a minimum of 15 minutes or more. Our experience this time though took the cake of the worst of the worst.

We decided to dine in this time. Our waiter was extremely rude. We were ordering wings and I was asking about the amount you can order and how many sauces you can pick. She was very short and said she could just come back when we were ready. We actually were ready but needed to know the answer so we could tell her what we wanted properly. I told her that we were ready and after taking our food order, she asked if we wanted to order any beer. We verified what kind we wanted and as I went to tell her, I saw she had just walked away.

To top it all off, we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. We saw 4 other tables who came in and order after us all get their food while we still didn’t have any. We had little just ordered wings. That was it.

We asked how much longer it would take because we have been waiting for so long. She said and I quote, “they will bring it out whenever it’s ready”. She came back 10 minutes later and said they were getting the sauce on them. No apologize nothing. At this point we just told them never mind and asked for the check for the drinks we had gotten and left.

Went back again after receiving an email from the manager “Mike “ inviting me to come back and try again. This time the food was hot and delicious and exactly what you should expect from BWW! The service was wonderful as always and the atmosphere was great as well. We may become regulars for happy hour at this point! Thank you!

Update six months later: waited half an hour for a table because the kitchen was backed up. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive and our drinks were delicious! The food was all stale. Not fresh or hot! My husband got the boneless wings and fries and I got traditional wings and fries. I could have done better at home. There is zero reason for fries to be old when you’re that busy and for the wings to be old as well is really something for a place with wings in the name of the business. I understand management is an issue but the cooks are seriously lacking here. The front line staff is great!

Service was great except my husband’s food came out with the appetizer and mine came ten minutes or more later. The food was fresh but the fried pickles and fries were a bit underdone. The smash burger was great except the wet bottom bread and the meat wasn’t seasoned much. Also, $10 for such a small appetizer is disappointing.
