Marshalls — Local services in Tullahoma

I returned a top that did not work, and I lost the receipt. I have never returned anything at Marshalls. They asked for my license during the process. No big deal, I received a store credit. I gave the card to my mother because I had to pick my daughter up from her practice. They would not honor the card because I wasn’t there to show my driver license a second time . I should not have to show my personal information a second time. The top that I was going to buy was more expensive than the one I took back. I should not be treated like a criminal, I have never returned anything and we have shop frequently...

My wife and I have always been a fan of Marshalls and are happy there is finally one in Tullahoma Tennessee which is our closest neighboring town. This Marshalls did not let us down in items for sale nor in the quality of items even though we didn't purchase anything as the checkout line was too long and there were only two cashier's working. I was approached by one employee working on the floor that seen me taking photos and she wasn't very polite and her actions were taken as rude. We will visit this Marshalls store...
