Panama Beach Time — Local services in Upper Grand Lagoon

My husband and I rented a condo in Gulf Highlands at 138 Abbie lane for 5 weeks. We were very disappointed in the condition of the condo. It was quite dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed, there was hair and sand in both bathrooms and on the furniture. We spent hours cleaning the stove and the barbeque.The furniture in the living room and the mattresses and box springs were worn out. The TV downstairs was old and the remote was worn out. In general this condo needs updating and redecorating. The kitchen was nice and well equipped and the unit was a nice distance from the beach. I would not recommend this unit until some updating...

Never book with anyone who uses this management company! David is shady and saying owners require him to ask the ages of minors. I stated I’m 43 and would be with my daughter for her birthday. The second I mentioned my husband, suddenly a problem with their calendar and my reservation was denied. (Beach access 13, can’t wait to see who ends up there!).

Editing to add, I DIDN’T STAY THERE BECAUSE YOU DENIED THE REQUEST OF AN ADULT NOT WILLING TO LEAVE HER MINOR ALONE. Sick people

Very nice, no complaints at all. My husband and I booked a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor at Whispering Seas for our anniversary. We really enjoyed it. The room was recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out procedures. The view is great...right on the beach. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. Nice small pool with two patio areas with grills if you wanted to cook. Walk directly onto the beach. They provided wooden chairs on the beach with umbrellas and cushions. This place is also great for families. We will be going back...
