Clean, had everything you need. Cool air conditioning. Air mattress, pull out sofa, queen size bed. Bedroom has sliding glass doors and your own private patio just a couple steps from pool. This unit did not have a view of the water but it is 1st floor and parking directly in front of condo. Beach is about 2 min walk but you don't have to cross any streets. Just through a parking lot. Waffle House and gas station directly across st. This area is very quiet. A good ways from where are all of the activity is. A good ways as in a few miles. No Beach activities that I saw, no tiki bar near there either. Not much going right here. But Schooners isn't far at all with lots of activities. NO HVAC We arrived on 6/22/2022 at 11:50pm to find unit to be in dis repair photos for each issue. And no HVAC unit was 81 and set to 70. Sent a email to Royal American getaway and got no reply. Then I called and got transferred to a number that was not answering. So I was stuck with no HVAC for the night of the 22. The next morning a contractor showed up at 830 am and said unit need to be replaced but they could not do it that day the 23. So I called again and go offered a partial refund.... and I said no I want a full refund and they refused. I spoke to a manager that had no concept of customer service (marcus) now they ignore my calls and don't answer they have done a partial refund ... so they have charged me 450$ for one night with no HVAC. My husband and I stayed in unit #304 this past June of this year. We absolutely loved it! The bed was amazingly comfortable and the condo was very clean and well kept. It's a short walk to the beach and located on the beachside of the road. You cannot see the beach from this condo but for the price, we were very happy with it. They have everything you need and more. Diane Bradley is the owner of this unit and her response time was very fast and she was very helpful and friendly. Umbrella and chairs are provided. Oh, and one more thing...this unit is on the ground floor! Highly...
