Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Vallejo

Horrible experience. Is not the first time thatbthis place makes me feel bad by the wat they treat they're customers.. I order online but the was closed. The line was huge but noticed 2 cars pull off went to the door and got they're coffee so I left the huge line asked one of them how they got them to open the door and a phone number was given to me by the guy, so i called the number and when i stand on the door the lady on the phone refused ymto open it even tho was 7am she asked to hmgo back to line.. I told her that the line was huge and asked her if she had cameras to check the line, she replied with a flat lie saying yes that there were only 3 cars i had taken a picture upon arrival cause is not the first time they asked me to wait in line for an online order.. This lady Ezra the manager completely descriminated me among the other people standing there she refused to open the door.. I stayed there forbone minute she comes tobthe door to open it for employee and the unlocked the othe door as well. But whent i complained about it she replied that they're were short staff. Morning shift is a lot nice than night shift. Doors are closed by 6pm so it’s drive through only. The girl barista with glasses & curly hair completely ignored me as I tried opening the door & left me standing there until the guy barista let me know it’s drive through only. She then laughed as I walked back to my car.

Morning shift however, greeted me with open arms & watched over my belongings as I used the restrooms. Definitely not coming...

If you’re in Vallejo … get Starbucks here instead of anywhere else. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful & make the drinks how they should be made. The Starbucks across the street is the worse & there’s always a problem there. I’d rather come into target and get exactly what I order and chat with...
