It was awful. It was so bad that we, thankfully, were able to cancel, get fully refunded and leave. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The first room was tolerable but not the second room. It had no working light in the bathroom with part of the light fixture laying on the sink. There also was no shower curtain and a toilet plunger on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen area in both rooms was not what I would consider clean. After seeing these things we couldn't stay there. We were all concerned for our safety as we noticed the people in and out of the hotel and those lingering outside. One woman outside was obviously a prostitute and another man was making "transactions" with his customers.. This hotel looked decent from the photos but it was far from it. I'm so glad the front desk employee agreed for us to leave and be refunded as otherwise we would have had to sleep on guard with one eye open.We only needed a quick overnight stay for about 8 hours but this hotel was unclean and unsafe.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. The room had roaches in refrigerator and crawling on counter and tv. There was blood on bathroom door which I have pictures of it all. Upon arrival I started to cancel reservations because I stayed in the lobby for ever waiting on someone to check me in. On top of all of that I was locked out of the hotel because room keys wouldn’t work after we left the movies. I used the phone to dial 500 to contact front desk to open the door but couldn’t get an answer, luckily another tenant came and open the door for me. Then tonight again I got to the room and key didn’t work again so I went back down stairs to use the phone, an operator from another hotel had to call someone to come and make another key for me. I don’t understand why the keys stop working because I keep them away from phones or any other electronic devices. I booked two rooms and they both had problems getting back in the rooms

Location is prefect but the front desk staff is rude and nasty. The room is clean but had faulty table(legs about to break off),no trash cans, and no shower curtain! Call front desk about any issues they have a nasty attitude and treat you as it’s your responsibility to fix their messed up rooms even tried to blame me for table being broken. Called front desk about not having a shower curtain and they provided me with one to put up myself like I work here. Will definitely never stay here again or recommend to any of my co workers. Worst hotel stay ever!!!!!!!!!

First off, the only reason I chose this place was due to the location being close to Truist Park Stadium for the concert I was attending. The lobby looks NOTHING like the photo. We got there about 7/7:30p, there was nobody at the front desk to check us in. We stood there for about 6/7 minutes waiting for someone after pressing the bell. I finally called the toll free number to get someone to check us in. The clerk came and was a bit rude, asking us "what y'all doing here?" I didn't feel that was any of her business, also her tone was horrible. We get up to the room and immediately I was ready to go! It looked NOTHING like the photos. The room was cramped, extremely small! The stovetop was nasty. The inside of the bathroom door has been punched, the door was on the hinges. The bathroom trash can was under the sink, I pulled it out and it hadn't been emptied; beer bottles and other trash in it. We immediately went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and other things. We get back turn the TV on, only it DIDN'T WORK! Luckily we brought our tablets and watched movies on that. I go to turn the other light on beside the bed and it doesn't work either! Only one socket near the bed worked. At that point, I was frustrated and tired and just covered up with my own blanket. Fast forward to check out Sunday morning. I get up to go to the bathroom and start packing.... I see a huge roach on the kitchen counter crawling. The person I was with said she saw one in the bathroom earlier Saturday. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING BUT TO BE TORN DOWN! The only thing good about this was the location. ENTER AT...

So being that I used to stay here during the pandemic then eventually gaining employment being that I seen that my services were desperately needed I applied for a job working front desk . I have overlooked ALOT ALOT ALOT of things wrong with this location. My main concern are the roaches that are STILL there . I literally saw one this morning and yes I always have proof with dates to match . Another thing is that certain staff here will hang out in guests room blowing up cigarettes throughout the building (very hazardous to anyone with asthma btw ) and constantly leave the “ will return sign “ on the desk leaving guests frustrated and impatient. ANOTHER thing is the MOLD ON THE CEILINGS!!! Lort smh now I really tried to ignore that but I can’t because I literally left this place a few years back and that same moldy ceiling is still there lol . When I check into my room and wipe the tub being that I was trained to know if the room is really up by i standards and IT WAS NOT !! The tub filthy, missing needed linen and some guests here really get involved with some of the staff and they have favoritism over certain guests . And oh yea Cato body language and eye rolling really does give a negative vibe to the location, should definitely smile more so that guests feel welcomed and not like a pest to rush out of your face . But pray that it gets better. I’m currently banned for late payments while there still guests here from when I used to stay here and I bet you they owe tons but of course the manager most likely works something out with them because of there sob...

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this Extended Stay America was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had.||From the moment I checked in, the place felt off. The hallways smell terrible, and the entire building lacks the basic amenities you’d expect no laundry room, no gym, no breakfast, nothing. It doesn’t even meet the bare minimum for an extended stay property.||The staff is completely unprofessional. Laura and Brandon appear to make up fees on the spot, with no receipts or explanations. It honestly feels like they’re pocketing money. Brandon is openly rude, especially to female guests, and Laura is seen bringing in random people off the street, drinking, and smoking while on duty.||Management is just as bad. Kamica, the manager, is erratic and has kicked guests out in the middle of the day without warning. There’s no sense of safety or stability here.||To make matters worse, maintenance staff enter rooms without notice, and I noticed personal items missing afterward. That crossed the line from bad service to a serious violation of trust.||This place is completely mismanaged, and the people running it are clearly not qualified to be in hospitality. I heard there may be a change in management soonwhich is the only hope for this property.||Until then, avoid at all costs. It’s unsafe, unreliable, and nothing like what an Extended...
