Long and terrible day of work, and I was looking for relief. I was skeptical the employees would lead me in the right direction or if the products would actually work. I rolled the dice on one of the products an employee had mentioned. It took a while for it to kick in but MAN did it kick in. Desperately needed the relief and I would go back if I find myself in the same situation.
UPDATE (From a different time at the store)
Absolutely terrible experience. I attempted to return some CBD gummies because they stuck to the package and I wasn’t able to access them. The employee was yelling at me, telling me to get out of the store. I asked for the supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor. He told me I was the first person to complain about them. He said he was calling the police if I wasn’t leaving. I told him I was staying put until the police arrive.
He called the police while yelling and telling me about how he just got out of the “system.” The police arrived and they said there was nothing they could do (which I understand.) I left. I updated my 5 star to one star after this incident. Will never return here again. I was planning on making more purchases but not after that outburst.

Same thing happened. Switched it to a different size of the same flavor. Same thing happened. At this point, I asked for a refund because I only like a specific kind, the rest give me migraines. Employee called boss to get approval of refund which was denied. Boss told him outloud, knowing he was on FaceTime on speaker at the store that they weren't burnt and I had "covid or something" among other snarky remarks about me not being happy with the product. I've spent hundreds if not thousands at this junk store and won't be returning. Management has gone downhill so bad and they have poor quality products regularly. Shop elsewhere. I've had to throw away at least $300 worth of burnt disposables that were freshly opened in the last 3 months alone. Yes that was my fault obviously so I go back and ask for a swap out (keep in mind they have people try vapes before they sell them officially) and told me my vape was already opened which I didn't do and when I tried to explain that to them they tried to talk over me lmao.
