EDIT; tried to get a refund today for the $25 that was owed to me after checking out nearly 7 days ago, AND GOT CHARGED $25. Now I’m owed $50. Never had this problem in all the times I’ve frequented here. At this point I feel like I’ve been robbed, and Lizbeth has the audacity to speak to me the way she has.
I paid for three whole nights, $240. And this is how I’m treated. Lizbeth needs to seriously reconsider how to treat customers. Absolutely awful customer service. When a customer tells you to stop texting them, don’t reply with a whole essay about how it’s not your fault. Take accountability. I’ve NEVER been treated like this, even at McDonald’s. Lizbeth needs to go work next door at the falling apart hotel if she’s going to treat paying customers like trash.
I. Do. Not. Care. About your apologies and explanations and blame shifting. The hotel manager and Kaydee have NEVER spoken to me like this. All I want is my money back that I’m owed.
love this place. I really do. I’ve been coming here for years. Kaydee is the best. The manager is amazing. A few others really need to work on their attitude.
Brought my 5 stars down to a 1. I’ll change it to 5 stars when I get my $25 (now $50…) back. You do realize some people that stay at your hotel literally have nowhere to live? This most recent experience of having my deposit held for 5 days and still not getting the full amount back has me frustrated.
Getting a whole elaborate explanation as to why they can’t even see in their system when I handed my keys to the front desk is irritating. AND THEN CALLING AND GETTING HUNG UP ON AFTER EXPLAINING MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH MONEY MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE I DIDN’T USE IS WILD.
All sorts of elaborate explanation that I’m expected to listen to, and then I reply with a sentence or two AND GET HUNG UP ON. Do better.
Getting an email saying late checkout is free, to later see it as a $25 charge, being told that it was cancelled. Okay fine I won’t use the service that was offered to me for free, I’ll leave at noon because I was told that would still be free.
Nope. Here I am 5 days later and they charged me anyways for a “late checkout” that I didn’t even use.
Don’t bother replying to this with excuses or a huge explanation like I’ve been getting.
Just give me my $25 ($50) that I’m owed, and I’ll delete most of this review and raise it up to 5 stars. It’s sad, I love it here, but After the attitudes I’ve been getting I have my doubts...
Read moreI made a reservation by calling the direct phone number for this establishment at 6:44 pm. When I arrived, the front desk person (who seemed to be training a new employee) told me that they had been overbooked and didnt have my room available. I explained to her that I called their direct phone number and didn't understand how they were overbooked. She said that the travel websites are not updated and they tend to overbooked. I repeated that I called the phone number to their location and made my reservation that way. I did not use a website. She said she could upgrade my room but my price would be $20 more. I told her that's not what I agreed to pay when I made the reservation and would not be staying there if I could not pay the amount I agreed to. She said their policy states no cancellations and no refunds after 4pm. I showed her the phone number I called along with the time stamp 6:44 pm she said that wasn't their phone number. I asked her for a corporate number or to speak to a manager. She said I had to come back in the AM and that the corporate number, she couldn't provide. She told me to call the number where I made the reservation. I did and their front office phone started ringing. I told her once again it was their employee who made my reservation and it wasn't fair for them to overcharge me. I told her I did not want to be charged for a room I didn't reserve. She said they never charged my card and that a refund was out of the question because they hadn't even charged it. I ended up leaving a looking for a different place to spend the night. This morning, I find out that they charged my card even though she told me they hadn't, when she made it seem like they wouldn't. Over all, the staff was extremely rude and made me feel like an idiot for thinking they had charged me only to find out they charged me anyway.
