On arriving July 15th, 2019 at 12:30 PM we couldn't check in until 4:00 PM but we're meeting up with my other daughter who had arrived one hour prior. We decided before heading to Ogunquit we'd check out the facility and pool. As soon as we walked into the pool area just to take a look, we were harshly greeted by the attendant on duty (husky, brown haired girl) telling us we couldn't be in there from 12N - 1:00 PM adults only. When asking how often the trolley came by, instead of just telling us, she directed us to the room across the office to the left for a brochure. Upon our return to finally check in at 5:30 PM we were greeted by a blonde woman behind the desk who was so courteous, helpful and pleasant. When we retired for the evening at 10:55 PM after swimming, I went to use a small pot to heat up water for tea and this is what was found when I removed the cover (picture enclosed). Once in the room we noticed a beeping going off every 2 minutes or so and realized it was the smoke detector. Thought we could deal with it but not getting any sleep over the noise we decided to unscrew it and remove the battery. As I have these in my home and they are hardwired we figured it would stop, but it didn't. July 16th given it was our only full day to do all of what we had planned, we decided to wait until we got back to let the front desk know about the problem. Not getting back until 7:00 PM my daughter phoned the front desk to let them know. The same brown haired girl that we encountered on arriving came up to the room. She proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child being scolded and insinuated we broke it as she could not figure out how to screw it back on or replace the battery. She had to call the manager for instructions but my daughter who had called her, ended up fixing it for her and once the battery reset the beeping stopped! On checking out on July 17th, I brought the pot into the office to the same brown haired girl to show her, as I didn't want to get charged $25.00 for dirty dishes left (as stated in their policy). I wanted her to know it was there when we arrived. With no apology given, as most would assume you'd receive, she just took it from me, gave me my receipt to sign and without even "I hope you enjoyed your stay, thank you for coming" she said NOTHING! I as well as my 2 daughters are nurses and my 4 granddaughters (that were with us) have never had the experience of coming across someone so rude especially when dealing with the public. All said Misty Harbor was very nice, reasonably priced and conveniently located to everything but sadly she totally ruined our experience! If the blonde haired woman had been there the whole time I would have given 5 stars! Why the attendants don't wear badges or introduce themselves upon greeting guests is unusual?

We went off season, so don't know how it is when it's busy. Property was clean and ladies in the office were very nice. The room was good but a little dark, just needs more or brighter lighting. Was clean and comfy. A little dated furniture but nothing bad. Could easily sleep 3-4 with the pull out couch. Was only a few minute drive to beach areas or shops/restaurants. Very nice location. I would think during busy season I'd want to be on a top floor and further back on the property away from the street and parking. My only peve was the hottub and pool closed at 745pm. I think this was just during the off season, but this may have changed where I stayed. By this me your done with dinner and get back it's too late to go and sit and relax. We did get in during the day and pool, hottub and suna were all nice, clean and working. Over all a nice place with great location.

Nice resort only one mile from Wells Beach. Other than the indoor hot tub being on the rather small side the indoor pool areas was clean and very well kept. Our one bedroom condo was modern and clean with two strong air conditioners and the kitchen area was very modern and relatively well equipped. Really only gripe would be is there's no TV in the bedroom. Oh and they had a few notices posted in room to make sure you don't leave dirty dishes for the daily housekeeping ( $25 charge if you do) and to use the dishwasher. I totally understand that but there was no dishwasher soap supplied and we weren't going to go to the local supermarket just for that. So we just hand washed the dishes daily with dish detergent that was supplied. Overall I Definitely recommend.

We have stayed here many times over the last 8 years and our latest visit will surely be our last. We have always had a good relationship with Brittany at the desk, but this time we were greeted by a woman named Joan. She was rude and erratic saying that our reservation was under a different name when in fact it wasn’t. She also said our card was declined, but we could check in then come back later with another form of payment. I called my bank and they confirmed that the room charges went through successfully, but the motel charged our old card which had an older expiration date for the $250 security deposit. I’m assuming this was the default card on file. When I called to tell Joan we were charged she would not listen to me and kept saying it was declined and we needed to leave or she would call the police. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and she would not let me talk and refused to let me speak to anyone else. My wife went back to the front desk where Joan and another customer humiliated her saying our card was declined. Horrible experience for our family. Our weekend was ruined and Misty Harbor doesn’t care to address the real issue here. It was a simple processing error on their end that management should have acknowledged and apologized for our...

We stayed here for the Kennebunkport Christmas Prelude weekend. 2 couples in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite.|Check in process was easy enough. We had 2 cars and because it was a busy weekend only 1 was allowed to park onsite but the offsite lot is across the street and you get a hangtag that IDs your vehicle as a resort guest.|The unit we stayed in had 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (loft style) with tv upstairs and 1 bedroom 1/bathroom downstairs with dining/living area (with tv) and fully stocked kitchen with your basic needs.|The place was very clean.|The beds were comfortable with extra pillows/blankets in closet.|They have an indoor pool/hot tub (we did not utilize)|They have many different board games available to borrow on a first come first serve basis…we had our butts kicked by 20th anniversary edition Trivial Pursuit! LOL|This place was perfect for our weekend away to partake in the Christmas Prelude festivities. Just a short 15 min Uber ride costing $15-$40 depending on time of day.|Check out was a simple key drop at the main desk. |Would definitely stay again and actually already planning next years prelude...
