First they introduce curbside pick up in early 2022. then they reserve 10 or more pristine parking spaces closest to the entrance that are almost always vacant for togo orders, then they place a large fridge/freezer (for togo orders) by an already bottle necked entrance to the right entrance . (Next they have their employees blocking the aisle with large stainless steel carts on wheels for the togo orders for people too lazy to shop in person ) the other entrance by the pharmacy is now blocked by an ever expanding self checkouts - for the almighty dollar!. NOW they have the nerve to remove the cart return kiosk at the right parking lot entrance (to gain 1 additional parking space!!!!)forcing you to walk an additional 60 feet away from the store just to return your empty cart. Is this the reward for a WEARY shopper after spending all their hard earned money on already inflated food prices at this store? ALL this for the almighty dollar. This place is going downhill fast. Go to Market Basket in Biddeford. it may cost you more in gas but your sanity will...

We were asked for our IDs by the male manager for a NONALCOHOLIC beer. When we told the manager it had no alcohol he stated that we still needed to give our IDs. All 5 of us showed him our IDs but the manager still would not sell to us due to one out of five of our friends having an Indian ID. After checking all IDs, the manager stated that he could not sell to us since my friend’s ID was not a “state issued ID” to which I responded with the fact that NONE of them were state issued IDs since we were visiting from different states. The manager continued to refuse to sell to us and gave 17 different excuses as to why. One of which being that he “knew” my friend with the Indian ID was going to purchase it, therefore, he was unable to sell it to anyone else in our group. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with my mother grandmother and boyfriend who are all of age. My family members were trying to buy alcohol that I did not touch AT ALL and they wouldn’t let them buy it. They were trying to say that I put the alcohol onto the conveyer belt which wasn’t true, had they played the cameras that are all over the store back they would’ve known that. I fully walked past the cart past the bagging area and stood all the way away from all of them as I didn’t have anything to buy and again they denied my family members buying alcohol. The lady that enforced the policy was extremely rude and there was literally no reason to deny them buying alcohol. I did not bring my ID but I was NOT planning on purchasing...
