5 star staff and prices, 1 star for making it difficult to get in the front door. If you forget your card, have a temp one, and/or recently renewed - you won't get in. Period

Look, I get it. It can be kinda sketchy walking in with a screenshot of a med card or some temporary card or whatever. Ironically I just don't think Curaleaf has a good understanding of how the medical renewal process works

After being on a first name basis with pretty much everyone there, having my old card, my temp card (physical card in the mail), an email with my doctor's recommendation, and my state ID - I was still not allowed in. I was told it needs to be a card with a "red border" and they showed me a pic of it

What this policy is actually accomplishing? "If you want to forge your way in, all you need is to show up with a laminated card that has a red border. We won't actually verify any of your info - we'll just look at the stupid card for 3 seconds" They've successfully made a policy that makes it difficult for legit card holders to enter, and then literally spells out step-by-step how to get in illegally and even includes a picture reference

Love the staff and they have solid prices but this policy alone has put a bad taste in my mouth more than once. You don't really ever feel like you're a regular here when the people you're familiar with bar you from entering. Really urging you guys to...

I’ve had my med card and have worked in the industry for 10 years. I never buy from MSOs but their shake prices are out of this world. It’s the only place I can get a mass qty of a daily driver Im just going to throw into a pre roll anyway. It’s just the bottom of their turkey bags—I’ll take those terps thank you!

The staff was fast and friendly when helping customers. Overall great service, great product, and great pricing! I do not like their online ordering system. I understand it is meant to exclude people who pickup inside of the 15 day window, or too early. Ordering online should be allowed overnight/ the night before. This would be helpful especially for people who have to drive longer distances and would like to secure their order before making the drive (over an hour in my case).
