I had a bad experience with a lady cashier. She asked the lady before me if she was a reward member with cash wise. When it was my turn She did not ask me. I asked her twice when she will ask for my membership she said I shd talk to the customer service. I had series of buying cos I was using wic. The first two she did not use my reward membership. Even when I asked. Before the third round, I asked her why she won't ask me if I was a reward member. She said cos she is new. But she asked the customer before me and the one after me. I guess it is me or cos I am using wic. I told her I shop here cos of the rewards. I don't want to believe she was being racist to me. I want to believe is cos like she said she is new. Then she needs to be retrained. I have been to cash wise 3 times in total. I had great experience the two previous times. I also recommended people to the store. Am disappointed with the cashier. I lost some reward points. No attempt to go extra mile to help me with that. What pained me more was I left work drove 8 miles. I could have shopped somewhere closer. Am not...
Read moreI need to give a HUGE shout out to the Cash Wise in West Fargo, ND! The Little Dukes employee and Cash Wise manager were so great to me this morning (2/7/2020). Today was one of the coldest days of the winter and I forgot my wallet when I was on “E.” You know what that means! Fortunately, the manager was kind enough to give me $5 to fill my tank enough to get home. I truly appreciate how helpful they both were and for the manager’s simple, yet amazing deed. I have shared my tale to a few people because we need more good news and awesome people to be...
Read moreOn Saturday 7/13/2024 I was on my way to visit my family member at a memory care facility by Cash Wise. While coming into the parking lot I noticed 2 employees from Cash Wise walking from Cash Wise carrying grocery bags for an elderly lady with a walker. They were walking the same speed as her and offered their hand when they were trying to get her walker over a curb. The gentlemen dropped off her bags and said good afternoon to other tenants of the building before they headed back to work. This is something that you don't see anymore from businesses helping the elderly. Great...
