Louie’s Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in West Fargo

We had the opportunity to dine at Louies Sports Bar and Grill tonight and I must rave about the experience! The menu items pictured below, including the Arincini (Sicilian-style risotto balls filled with fontina cheese, served with marinara or roasted red pepper mornay), PB&J Burger, steak & potato wrap, and Knephla soup, are a testament to the establishment's commitment to quality. I highly recommend that you make Louies your next dining destination in town. The staff's exceptional friendliness and the outstanding cuisine make for a truly enjoyable experience. The prices are average for the made from scratch foods provided and I even found out they make their mozzarella sticks in house! Furthermore, the atmosphere is fun, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities such as a kids area, a 21+ gambling area and bar, and even a beautiful outdoor patio! Went here with a friend who recommended the place. Friendly service with a small is what we were greeted with. I got the bang bang po boy and chips, wife got the Thai chicken wrap and sweet potato waffle fries, and my friend got the Louis burger and tater tots. Me and my friends orders were absolutely perfect. Shrimp was fresh and his burger was cooked perfectly. My wife's wrap on the other hand was a half miss for her. The wrap was dry, because after the fact we noticed it was missing the Thai sauce. The sweet potato waffle fries however were an absolute hit for her. We will be back sometime soon when we are back in town to see if there is...

It's a nice place, we've been here once before and it was an overall good experience. Good food, good service. But today was definitely a different story. The service was so bad. We saw so many people come in...wait...wait...and then leave before ever getting served. I don't blame the servers...they were definitely understaffed and overwhelmed to the point that one server literally quit. It's starts from the top. If you want your business to be successful, you need to make sure you have a plan to staff adequately. Otherwise you set your servers up to fail miserably. Is this what you want your business to do? I do not plan on returning...
