Brewtus Brickhouse — Restaurant in West Fargo

Worst most unsafe situation in my bar going history. I walk into Brewtus west fargo this afternoon to check up on some football games and say hi to some friends when I'm approached by this guy "DEREK SATTER" who knows most of my mutual bar friends and is apparently the manager of the Moorhead store. Not only was he so drunk he could not walk straight and shouting fowl language at me but he also got into my face and threatened to "beat my ass down" in the bar.. very unsafe and unprofessional conduct, my experience was a total disaster and I didn't even stick around for food or drinks. I'm sending out a Valley News live press release in the AM. To the public please avoid this guy at all costs, very dangerous unsafe situation, Fargo has had enough bar violence, the last guy that was in a bar fight about 6 months ago down town killed a person. Please for your own safety stay away from this guy. He later followed up with his sideways threats "If you really want to keep talking I will see you" via social media...

The service was really great and the menu had a lot of good looking meals on it but it was very disappointing. The table started out with nachos, they were covered in a velveeta style runny cheese. It did not do anything for the nachos except make them soggy. The traditional wings were good, my niece and nephew liked the mac and cheese. My siblings and I all got burgers. I think the burgers would have been amazing but you could tell it was a frozen patty and it was cooked so long it was like eating a hockey puck. So dry and unsatisfying. I got the Western which had bbq sauce, fried string onions and cheese on it. It was a good bun too but the burger just disappointed us so much. For my side I got the “homemade” mozzerella sticks, they weren’t made from scratch and were so overcooked that they tasted burnt. I really want to like this place, maybe try the pizza next time I go....

Update 10/2024 Got to go and see the new moved location and it looks great. Had a great visit, great service and great food. They have lots of new menu items and a lot of the old favorites. Adding pictures of the new menu.

Well, this was my first time here, and they have been open since 2016. Now I feel bad because this place was great. It was very mellow and laid back. The staff was incredible and great food. We started with the Brewster Bites, which was a ton of hand breaded dough bites that came with a few different sauces. Then we tried the Brewtus Burger with Seasoned Waffle Fries and the Brickhouse Western Burger with Beer Batter Fries. Burgers were very juicy, fries were amazing, and all the sauces were great also. I will be back soon. Sorry we waited so long...
