Pub West — Restaurant in West Fargo

Watered down drinks and no safety protocols.

I haven't been to a bar since before the pandemic and after seeing a packed parking lot, I almost didn't come into Pub West.

The first things that I noticed were no masks (not even staff), no social distancing and dozens of rowdy people in very close proximity. In fact, there were probably over 100 people in this modestly sized bar.

I ordered two gin and tonics that were both heavily watered down. At $4 each, I can't complain too much.

I have to come back to safety measures. I didn't know if I should be appalled or not, but the fact that not one person in this bar was wearing a mask really disturbed me. Is this a North Dakota thing, just a fluke or do most bars operate like this? Social distancing was neither encouraged nor followed here. As soon as our drinks were finished, we bolted out.

Due to no apparent safety protocols and watered down drinks, I cannot say that I had a particularly enjoyable time...

I might as well have been an apparition of a customer the way my group and I were unnoticed. Was our group simply an aura to these people? You’d assume so considering we walked in, seated ourselves as is their policy , and then had to watch multiple staff members walk past us, make eye contact and continue to walk inside without ever taking the time to simply greet us. We waited for thirty minutes, or whatever amount of time that equates to in our apparent fold between temporal planes. We decided to leave. I went back in to address this issue and the woman i talked to was flippant about the situation and unapologetic. Will not be returning to this alcoholic limbo, where i apparently have to work off my sins in order to get basic service. Thanks for the learned...

Worst service ever. Didnt even want to give them 1 star. Went for lunch at 2:30. The bartender Jake M. saw us come in and sit down. He was to busy flirting and it took him 15 min to get us drinks. There were only 4 other people in there at this time. We are then ready to order and he goes outside to smoke with this lady he was flirting with which was about another 15 min after we got our drinks. Another gentleman came up seeing if we needed anything and I told him we would like to order. He then had to go get the bartender to tell him we were ready. As we are done with our food he is sitting at the bar chit chatting. I had to go up to the bar to pay and ask for a to go box. I definitely think they need to consider getting...
