La Perla Ceviches & Rolls — Restaurant in Weston

I been coming to this restaurant for years, wayyy before it changed owners and love evey plate in the menu but the way I was treated today by their waitress was UNACCEPTABLE! Since the moment I walk in, it seemed like the waitress was not having a good day, she had an attitude since the moment she took our order. I order all food together and remark the difference in plates to make sure the food came correctly; as soon as the food arrived of course my plate WAS NOT WHAT I specifically requested repeated times, I asked for the waitress to change it and waited for a new plate (at this time we were still missing one more plate) once my replacement arrived, I waited about 15 more minutes for the STILL missing plate but nothing, we asked the waitress for the missing plate and she said she was waiting for us to finish our current plate to bring the other one, I told her that was not what I wanted and therefore I placed the order all together so everything comes at the same time and she said “she assumed we want it for later because some people didn’t like everything at the same time” I proceed to tell her that is NOT AN ASSUMPTION SHE HAD TO MAKE HERSELF BUT INSTEAD ASK THE CUSTOMER FIRST!!! She keep arguing with me like if there was something else to discuss... employees SHOULD NEVER ARGUE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, END OF CONVERSATION; she made a mistake by NOT ASKING ME and assuming stuff for the customer! Very disrespectful! Manager didn’t even bother to come by to assist or ask what was happening... veryyy disapointed from this place and the management, there should to be a talk about ASSUMPTIONS AND QUESTIONS...

We had a large group from work on a Monday night. The food and service were excellent and I was able to see a lot of different menu items from our group. The food looked great and everyone reported that the flavor matched. The only detracting factor was that the TVs were showing the evening news reporting current events. Some people go out to eat and want to escape all that for an hour. A few people mentioned this so maybe during the evening some different programming might improve the atmosphere overall. Highly...

We love this restaurant... but... We went yesterday for my birthday, disastrous service, different taste. The two ladies who use to attend were not there, there was a man who is zero customer service. We ordered two pisco souers, we told him that it was missing fruit and pisco, he replied that nothing can be done because that is the recipe, we returned it and he included it in the bill. the flavor of the ceviche, lomo saltado, risoto of my children were bland and lacking in flavor...
