Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet — Restaurant in Whitehall

I apologize immediately to the waitresses which were very helpful and understanding of our hyper posse of toddlers, but the food was horrible, luke-warm at best and this is honestly the only chinese buffet my wife and I have visited in several years without leaving with a food intoxication. Usually there's atleast a handful of items on the menu that we could eat and be completely stuffed and satisfied with our buffet gorging. This was not the case here. We left unsatisfied after taste testing literally everything they had to offer, between me, my wife and our 2, always starving toddlers. None of us were pleased with the aforementioned selection, even more displeased with the following bill, and obviously we will never return. We've paid less to be atleast pleased with our decision, but can't say the same for this particular establishment.. even completely revamped and under new management, at this point, we would be more than hesitant to revisit Flaming Grill.. don't be fooled and judge a book by the cover, there is nothing Supreme about this buffet, other than the laughably inflated price. Im confused at this point, honestly, why so many people have rated their food higher than a 0. All I can say is that our faith in local buffets was restored when we visited the Hibachi Grill in Bethlehem.. take the extra trip, pay a little more, sure.. but enjoy a Chinese Buffet the way it was meant to be.. they have a much wider selection and food that it actually edible. I am in no way a spokesperson for any establishment, just a recently arrived resident to the area that can honestly say my family was much more pleased with the selection and quality of food at Hibachi. This place has changed it used to be good when it first open then it went downhill hill this is well before the virus.

My g/f and I saw that it was open so we decided to check it out on 10/17/20

We arrive 3:29 pm just in time for the lunch special there was a person at the desk taking care of customer then we were next she question how many we said 2 she sat us in a booth and ask what you want to drink we gave our order to her and went to the buffet. We had to wear our mask n put on gloves as we walked around there were many items that said "DINNER ONLY "so we didnt take because we were there for lunch and didn't want to be charged it's about a $10 difference. When we received the check we were charged the dinner which was $30.72 that included one soda. I told the waitress we were here for lunch special and arrived at 3:29 and this needs to be changed. Well she came back with the short lady that checked us in and said you arrived at 3:45 and I told you it was dinner.I told her no your wrong it was 3:29 and u were busy with someone you then saw us and ask how many and took us to the table and ask our drink order you never said it was dinner time.. She was very rude to us and starting yelling you here for dinner not lunch you need to pay. I said yeah ok i didnt want to fight with her i gave her my cc and paid and left and told her i will never eat here again and i will post a bad review. Me and my wife usually go here all the time we went around 12:00pm today and all their food was poor quality my wife's eggs were green her egg rolls were soggy, my sweet and sour chicken was literally just all dough no chicken have a picture but wont let me post it on here and my lowmein was cold, we took 3 bites were only sat down at the table for not even 10 minutes our booth also smelt like cat piss so we decided that the food was not worth the 40$ charge. We politely told our server we weren't satisfied with the food so she gave is a 10% discount on food we didn't even eat expecting us to pay a full 35$ I went up to speak to someone at the front the server kept following me telling me I needed to pay somewhere else, when I spoke to said person at the front she tried to give us a 20% discount where our total would've been 31$ again for a buffet we didn't even eat a full plate yet alone half of a plate. When I expressed I think it's unfair to pay that type of price when we didn't even eat the food because of how old and poor it tasted she asked me how much I was willing to pay and I told her 10$ respectfully, they were lucky I didn't just walk out the door considering the way we were treated and how horrible the food was. She gave me an attitude and ended up charing us 12$ for 2 sodas. We loved going here this was me and my wife's favorite spot but after today the way were treated we will not be returning. This is the second time we've gone and their food was disgusting last time we paid full price. Never again don't recommend...
