On a nice Tuesday evening approximately 10:35pm I arrive at Buffalo Wild Wings with my Bestfriend to enjoy a meal. I recently ate there for the first time and loved it! I’m standing at the front by the cashier and the person who’s suppose to show you to your table for about 5 minutes along with another customer that walked in before me. When the lady approaches us she asks if we would like to sit in the outside area or the bar because the center booths are closed.? I replied outside and she told us “you’s go ahead. I’ll send someone right out.” I literally thought in my head she was going to forgot about us because we’re the only ones out there. Guess what? That’s exactly what happen. We wait for 25 for minutes exactly, before my Bestfriend decides to speak up. A lady pops out her head and looking into the parking lot and then walks back in. Finally, My Bestfriend goes inside and lets them know we’ve been forgotten. The lady tells her “no one told us you’s were out there. I’ll send someone out right away.” She comes back out and we literally wait another 15 minutes. Then someone else pops out their head looking into the parking lot at a group of men having a ball. By this time I’m really angry. Another 10 minutes go by and I’m thinking I already spent a long time her just to eat. I finally go in and let the same woman who popped and told her “ I’m getting very upset, I’ve been her almost hour and I’ve been waiting the whole time. No server, no menu, no nothing.” She says “I’m sorry! I’ll send someone right out.” I turn to her and reply “ms I’ve heard the same thing 3 times so far.” And walked away. 10 minutes later someone finally come out. I really don’t appreciate the how she tried me. She rushed me to order and talked in a nasty tone. I don’t think I will be eating...
Read moreI don’t usually ever leave bad reviews, but since I have formerly been in the service industry, I wanted to leave constructive feedback. Tonight, we were at this place for longer than 20 minutes and no one even approached our table. Many servers saw us, but no one stopped. The place wasn’t even half full. When we finally got a server, she explained she was new. Hearing this, I suspect a training and management issue. Then, she took another ten or fifteen minutes to get us waters. We ordered boneless wings and an appetizer. We didn’t care when it came out, but at this point were hungry. Another 45 minutes and our entrees come without our appetizer. The whole time, our server is blaming the kitchen every chance she can — another management/training issue. Trashing other parts of the restaurant is never professional imo. One of the entrees was cold and they remade it. We saw our server talking with the manager at this point, thinking something would be comped since our app came out after our food and the food was cold (not to mention waiting for waters for 30-40 minutes.) Just saying, from three former servers, we could not believe management made a new server take the fall without coming over to us. That’s unacceptable. I hope our server gets some more hours on the floor training and that the management takes this review as constructive. We know that BWW is not fine dining, but still think that fried food should have a ticket time of twenty minutes or less. We understand staff shortages, too. That’s when you should be honest with your guests that the food will take over an hour to be made and give them the choice to stay or go. Disappointed tonight, hoping it was just...
Read moreInitially our friend sat there for 15 minutes before waitress came by to even get a drink order. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t very busy maybe 10 tables sat all together, took almost another 20+ minutes for her to come by again to get our drink order, and then to get drinks from the bar. By the time she came back to the table, the waitress let us know then they didn’t have the drink anymore on tap(okay not her fault). She then took our food order, which when it was brought out it wasn’t correct, but we didn’t say anything about that because we were sitting there for over an hour + already, and then at the end of it all, we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our tab, we had to track our waitress down apparently she was overwhelmed with the maybe 5 tables she had all together. the waitress brought over our tabs (which we had 2 split bills) she gave me my receipt that showed $18, came back after she ran my card with a receipt for $25!! i approached her and asked her she just ran my card for the $25 without showing me what i was being charged for. the manager didn’t seem too concerned, but he was going to “talk with her about it after.” (doesn’t mean anything) But this BWW is awful got there at 4 and left by 7, if we weren’t catching up with friends i...
