Trulieve Medical Marijuana Dispensary Whitehall — Local services in Whitehall

UPDATE as promised I have updated my review from 4 to 5 stars now that the rewards program is finally up & running again!

✰ This is my local dispensary (WHITEHALL location) and I will say that overall it's been great I honestly have seen way better deals here than many of the other dispensaries it's just you got to check each day because it changes all the time and I would get five stars if you guys still have the rewards program I loved that thing and I have no idea why you guys took it away I will move back in five stars once I can earn rewards again but like I said again great dispensary overall awesome discounts pretty decent selection overall fast service in the majority of the people there are extremely nice and very helpful although I have had a few unsatisfied visits due to the staff. But I can say I don't see them working there anymore. Also they're online ordering is pretty legit and is pretty on point with the quantities that are available and what is not available it's pretty rare that they say they have something and then you get there and it was an error and they didn't have it it's like really rare although it has happened but on very rare occasions unlike other dispensaries that literally mess up orders all the time left & right.

⚠ IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE WHITEHALL LOCATION: ☞ The entrance & even the building itself is kind of hard to find as it sneaks up on you and due to it being in Whitehall if you miss a turn you can't just make a left hand turn around you got to use the turnaround areas to end up basically making a right and looping around to make a left to start going the other way so the way I do it is I just look for the Lehigh valley Mall traffic light and then after that you will see the exit or turn off for the left turn and the driveway entrance is immediately I'm talking like only a few from where MacArthur Road bears to the right for that exit to make a left or to make a right...

This place is a joke. I have purchased from other Trulieve facilities with no issues and only at this one do I have an issue every time.

Jan- Feb - visited several times and none of my points stacked or added up at all. After trying to get it fixed and signing up three times, finally a manager was called. This is after I was reassured by a different one the time before they would manually add up the points and make sure I got them ... Strike 1.

Strike 2 - After renewing my card and attempting to make a purchase, their MJ system came up with an error message. After attempting to get any help from the front desk, they kept telling me to call DOH instead of even offering to for me. Once I got DOH on the line in front of them, and confirmed my card and patient's cards/information was accurate and up to date, DOH stated very clearly that it was an MJ system issue and that someone at the store had to speak with customer service/tech support. While on hold for MJ tech support and with the manager present, the store miraculously figured out how to check me in and I hung up. Once at the counter, the manger (who had the chance to speak to tech support!) Stated once again that the system would not allow them to check me out and told my to call the DOH, whom I just spoke with on speakerphone in front of him !!

Every system error is overlooked and neglected by the staff who could have easily resolved this over the phone but instead chose to just ignore it thus manifesting this negative and...

This is my first time here. Right off the bat the guy at the front desk was a little rude and complained that someone called off and he didn't know what he was doing so we just had to wait because there was no pharmacist on-site and that they were doing things remotely and he had no idea what the pharmacist was doing but that they were taking forever. I sat down and someone else who was also waiting even said he felt the guy was rude and could have used a different approach as to how he is greeting people and explaining that it is taking a little longer than usual. I just moved back to the Lehigh Valley and have been looking for a new place to go. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. I get better prices and better treatment anywhere else I go. I wanted to give this place a shot and I did. The girl who waited on us was semi-friendly. Thankfully there are plenty of dispensaries around to choose from. So far I like Beyond/Hello the best with all the deals and discounts and it's like everyone goes outta their way just to say hi. And I agree with the guy who said something about Veteran discounts and defective products. Vets-Military Monday @ B/H so far is one of the best deals I've found so far for us! And no attitudes! Happy shopping brothers...
