Sleep Number — Hotel in Wichita

we scheduled several weeks out to have service call made on our 3 sleep number king mattresses with flex frames. We requested the earliest available appointment because we knew we had guests arriving. In stead on the day of the appt. we were told the service call would be between 5-8 pm! we then received a call letting us know they had cancellations & could arrive around 3. then received another call saying around 5 pm. It's 6:45 pm on a Friday night & they have still not showed up!!! We will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SLEEP NUMBER BED AGAIN. I would highly recommend checking out US Mattress. They provide amazing customer service @ incredible prices & unless you happen to have one of their showrooms in your area you pay ZERO sales tax!!!!!! SLEEP NUMBER...

My wife and I stopped by this Saturday afternoon to look at some new mattresses since ours was getting pretty worn out. Mike greeted us at the door and helped us through the whole process! We started with a sleep test to find our best “Sleep Number” and pressure points, then he helped us both find the best fit for each of us and then showed us options that Matched our price point perfectly. I’ve done Customer Service/sales my whole career and not once did I feel pressured to buy, he helped us solve our problem and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny. Buyer Beware! I recommend expressing serious caution buying a sleep number bed. 3 years in and I already have a leaking air chamber. They only warranty 50% of the part price, but they force you to buy both air chambers at the same time, final sale.
