I usually come here 2-3 times a month with a mobile order and mostly everything comes out perfect with no issues causing me to come back inside. Tonight was different.
I'm not entirely sure what the staff was up to (except for the girl running the window she did great at fixing things) but they decided to give us 2 bags of chips instead of the 6 rolled chicken tacos on our mobile order along with a missing cheesy gordita crunch. We went back inside to get those items and went home assuming our other items were correct. Here's where it gets wild and wacky:
we ordered one beefy melt burrito and received it correctly. GG on that one ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and received a beefy melt burrito ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and received another beefy melt burrito with hair ordered a cheese quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla asked for 5 fire sauces but received 500, but that's just common with taco bell

Read moreThere was some little black kid cussing at customers, kept messing up food and being confrontational about it. And tried to resell food that was a mess that was in a customers hands already. It was the most unprofessional I have ever seen anyone act in a fast food restaurant. Worst part is two managers on duty did not say a word to the kid. No accountability for there store, or care for there jobs. Aside from the several critical food violations and terrible attitude from this young guy. My food was mush because I had to wait so long to make my taco without Tom and the rest of my food died at the table. This is an embarrassment for taco Bell, and shows how poorly run this unit is. As I took pictures and a video of the obscene employee, other customers applauded saying he had the same attitude with them. I will wait to see if corporate does anything before putting my video on...
Read moreMe and my bf walked in and started looking at the menu we couldn't see so we move closer and started talking on about what to get, the guy at the drive thru window told us to please go to the koisk to place our order. Than we did that and had a difficult time finding the things we wanted and didn't understand why he told us to do that at first, so after we place our order we waited for our food for like 30mins or so I could be wrong I didn't keep track of the time but what felt like forever. After we got our food we went to fill up our drinks and there was a puddle on the floor so I went and told the guy working the drive thru and he said to me "yeah I know we got to clean that up sorry there is only two of us here" I was like now I understand on why we had to wait awhile and had to use the kiosk.
