DO NOT SHOP HERE! My husband and I decided to get our little girl a Nitendo 3DS here for Christmas. We took the suggestions of the salesman and he suggested this device. We let her open it on Christmas day and she literally never played with it Christmas day as she already has the app of the game they sold usthe RECIEPT SAID WE HAD UNTIL JANUARY 15 TO RETURN IT! SHE NEVER OPENED OR PLAYED WITH IT! We thought we would return it no problem. WRONG! The salesman OPENED it to show my husband the color of the system because the one he was looking at was black. Saying that this one was prettier for a girl! We have never had such a hard time with returns. We very rarely have ever had to but save yourself the trouble and go to Best Buy! Waited over 3 months and not a single update, email, call, or text. After over 3 months I received a call from a random customer service rep not even affiliated with the store to tell me they ālostā my cards. Their plan of compensation was 1/3rd of the total cards value. Cards included a BASE SET CHARIZARD. A mega charizard ex and 2 other pricy cards. They also offered me STORE CREDIT! Why in the world would I spend money that goes to GameStop directly when you just lost me almost 2 grand in cards.
