We have purchased several items from the Home Outlet for our condo renovation including vanities, sinks, and flooring. Every time I enter the store, I receive excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I did have a manufacturer problem with the flooring I purchased, and the company quickly addressed it & made it right. This kind of customer service makes me highly recommend doing business with a company who not only stands behind their products, but also provides a high level of excellence and integrity. We love the products we got from Home Outlet, especially the vanities as they are much higher quality (real wood) than big box stores for a better price. I bought some flooring back in march the installer I hired (not from the store) did a poor job installing it causing the floor to break and separate, the floor I purchased from this location carries a lifetime warranty, although the installer was at fault, Mr. Brian Flynn the store manager went ahead and honored the warranty on their product, my family and I Have been through so much trouble with our floor installers, I wish we went with the store installer to begin with, their customer service it’s top notch, best I ever experienced i highly recommend this store to anyone looking for flooring and any...

Great place especially if you looking for home improvment stuff. We are redoing a rv and I wanted to look at different flooring options. The lady who helped me what very night, and extreamly knowledgeable and when I explained to her what I was looking for pointed me in the right direction and explained to me that her parents where doing the same thing to their RV.
