Chopstix — Restaurant in Wilmington

Decided to order from here after getting a menu in the mail. I got the seafood delight along with some other menu items. After 2 hours of waiting for it to arrive (cold) I noticed that my food was entirely incorrect. The item called for, in order, jumbo shrimp, scallops, LOBSTER, crab meat w. mixed vegetables in white sauce. There was absolutely no lobster and maybe only 3 tiny scallops spread out hidden under the unnecessary a mouth of broccoli. I called the restaurant, was told that ‘we don’t put lobster in it’ by the cashier and also a ‘manager’ I was put on hold for 15 minutes hung up and called back to speak to another ‘manager’ who read me what was on the menu listed before telling me that there’s no lobster only to read LOBSTER as listed. I was later told by him that ‘his boss’ would give me a call to submit a refund for the meal…. Never got a call back. I called again (for the last time) and was told by the same cashier that the manager is still there at the restaurant and will call me after I got off the phone with her….no call. Keep my money I don’t care but please stop leading on your customers and lying to them about your food. China wok is closer and better you won’t be getting my business anymore.

Also this item on Postmates is listed as 20 dollars you’re even further scamming people by having them pay that amount for a meal that’s supposed to be cheap. Either fix the issue or simple just take it...

I ordered only FOUR chicken wings was told 15 minutes. I got there a little after the 15 minutes and got the food. The bag was hot but my chicken was slimy when I bit in, a horrible raw taste and smell. The outside of the chicken was crispy the though which is really weird. I called the manager and he says can I bring the chicken back, I live over 15 minutes away. He goes on to say, we cook the chicken the same all the time, ain’t no way when this is the only Chinese restaurant I eat from and I have never had this experience! Nobody seems to care and I will never eat there again. I’m so disappointed and if you see the picture this is how the chicken looked in the bag...

I will not order anything from here or recommend anyone for that matter. I ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. I told them to steam the broccoli soft because it's for children. When I received the order the broccoli was so hard it tasted like it wasn't even cooked. Also there was no type of sauce on the beef and broccoli. The shrimp egg foo young was nothing but oil. The gravey was extremely salty I couldn't even eat it if I wanted to. I paid $30.00 and it was a waste. I called and he actually said what do you want me to do about it. I wish I could get a refund. I paid cash. I wish I could give a no star because they don't...
