If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I only spent the night, thank god because I can’t imagine staying any longer than that.
This is easily one of the nastiest run down disgusting hotels Ive ever seen.
The parking lot was busy 24/7 full of people sleeping in their cars and sketchy folks just hanging around and yelling in front and by the road. Im amazed my car wasn’t broken into or stolen during the night.
Immediately you walk into the front lobby and it looks run down, hilariously enough they boldly put a sign stating how theyre considered the cleanest hotel, A+ rating it said. Idk what website they printed that sign off of but someone needs to go knock it down. Just shut the whole place down.
The halls are filled with the sounds of people screaming at each other and the smell of smoke and weed. The floors are a nasty old carpet, I couldn’t tell if it was the pattern of the carpet or just years of stains and poor cleaning.
Surprisingly at first glance my room looked okay, it looked empty, theres no microwave or dresser, all you get are some side tables ready to fall off the wall and a desk with a crap chair. but it initially didn't look very dirty. Until I pulled the blankets off the mattress, the mattress cover looked like it was ripped from a crime scene, there were small burn holes in the sheets and the pillows smelled like fresh B.O.
The AC was stuck at 75, you can’t change them so that sucked. The room smelled like an Indian restaurant but worse, and the bathroom smelled like someone hid a load of old diapers in it somewhere, the toilet paper they gave me was previously used and the shower curtain looked like the bed.
Although it was cheaper than other hotels in the area, it still isn't worth the price. And I don’t believe theyre gonna give me my deposit back so you might as well just spend the extra cash for a significantly better experience literally anywhere else.
I believe there is free breakfast but after seeing the state of the room I don't want to risk it with food.
The only thing ill give them is that i didn't...
Read moreI traveled here for a business trip with my company and chose this hotel to stay at. I know it's not necessarily on the safest side of town but I've been in worse and I had absolutely no problems here as far as things to that nature. The people I spoke with were polite and nice and the room I stayed in wasn't incredible. It looked as though the last person or someone recent damaged the restroom door and the carpet but other than those things there the room was kept very clean, no bugs, no stains of any kind inside the room that I found, lighting and television and restroom amenities in working order and warm and hot water was refreshing. The beds were organized and clean, sheets, pillows, and towels with other bathroom accessories were clean and provided. It is evident that there are apparently some guests in the time of this hotels thriving that have not treated the hotel properly and that is why there seems to be a bit negligence but in honesty in strongly at least to me looks as though they are doing their best to keep up with things and make it better. It's just taking awhile due to repeated guests not taking care of their rooms, or smoking in the non smoking rooms when they aren't supposed to, or worse. If you so happen to see something wrong with your room just notate it and report it to the person on duty who will provide it to the manager and they will get you another room if you so desire. The gentleman there Jacob is whom made this an exceptionally wonderful experience for me because he was very accommodating and an active listener, very polite, seemed attentive to detail, displayed a sense of urgency, and portrayed performance of his duties with respect and care. I think this guy should be given a little bit of love because despite any recent things that have happened to the hotel, he puts on a smile and helps whomever needs assistance diligently. I watched him display the same level of attentiveness with several other guests and he did great. Thank-You Jacob, and thank-you...
Read moreI typically do not leave reviews unless there is a serious problem. I have stayed in this hotel since Feb 8th to now. They advertise free breakfast and when you ask about it there is nothing, and the one time they did the sausage was dried up and cold, along with the eggs being dried up and cold, the fruit was dried up and that was the only time they have provided the so called free "breakfast". This is not only the only complaint I have had, the hotel is located in a place where almost every time you walk out side you are begged for money, and you have to worry about your vehicle being broke into. The hotel appeared to have had some sort of damage and appears to had fire damage a whole floor is being repaired and so if you need sleep through out the day you are woke up to construction work. The staff also does not explain the "rewards" system to you so when you find out it's to late and they will charge you for extra days. I have also found ants crawling, and cockroaches crawling in two out of four rooms I have stayed in. Today I was woke up to phone calls looking for someone and the only way people will call is if you give the information out or the front desk connects the phone to your room, then after a hour or so a man had a key card to my room and came into my room and was "surprised" when I said "excuse me?!" Yesterday when I left there was a man talking down in the lobby how he'd had three people walk into his room and they didn't know he was even in the room then left 5 mins later. Then a few moments before writing this there was a knock at the door and when I answer the man acted shady and confused I answered the door. I contacted the front desk and they said "we do not know what's going on" they have police officers located in the building at all times and so that should tell you how safe the neighborhood is. I strongly suggest to pay a little extra and stay somewhere a little more secure,...
