Would leave zero stars if I could!! The only good thing I can say about it is the people were nice, but they were only nice because they knew they were going to screw us in the end. I came in with 6 children; my friend was him and another person. I ended up paying $56 for 7 people and he paid $49 for TWO people. Absolutely ridiculous!! They had us pay at the end so we couldn't do anything about it. Apparently, every time someone changes a name they charge you an extra $5. NO ONE told us that in the beginning and I had 4 little children... They knew what they were doing. Therefore, I ended up paying for 12 people even though I had 7, and my friend paid for 10 people when he only had 2. Love this place! I came here in January of 2023 with a group of 19 people. They were amazing with coordinating my reservation and ensuring we had lanes open when we arrived. Since I had such a positive experience the first time, I booked them in August 2023 for a group of 34 people. We arrived 15 minutes early and they already had 6 out of our 7 lanes ready. They did an amazing job keeping track of all the individual food orders my group purchased. The staff truly did an amazing job yet again. My son is on a league here. Tracy the owner (who oversees everything and even COACHES!) and Tab his daughter (who runs the front and anything and everything else) are some pretty awesome people. Tracy is so helpful, friendly, and is just a great person all-around. You just can't help but to feel like you've been friendly neighbors for years! Lol. He's so easy to get along with. And when he's there, he is constantly walking up and down the lanes helping out the kids/teens who are on the league. My son loves him and I wouldn't want him bowling...
